Parking was easy, condo was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful view. Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was nice. We could not have asked for better views! Host was very prompt in responding to any questions via site, email or phone. Plenty of room for our group of 6! The only drawback were building issue... not condo. Elevators were slow and one out of order. The water went out for a short time. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean spacious bedrooms and living area. . Nice walk to pier and shopping. Keeping this on my saved list for the future.

Do not go to the Tidewater condos PCB. We were not allowed to use our beach chairs on the beach. These were low rider Sharky beach chairs. The staff said they were too tall. Elevator wait is horrible.

Family vacation

The view was spectacular. The condo has lots of amenities that make your stay more pleasant. Trip down to the beach is very easy. There are stairs and a ramp for anyone who needs it. The space is perfect for multiple families.

Best view at PCB!!!

We had a wonderful stay with 4 teen boys! The unit is just as pictured and described and the property managers are the best I’ve ever worked with. Will be returning and telling friends and family about this place!

Property was great. The elevators were the worst part of everything. Sometimes it took 20 to 30 minutes to get on the elevator then instead of it just stopping on floors going the same direction, it stopped on floors of people going up and down. So if you needed to go down and your on the 5th floor and someone needs the elevator on the 28th floor, then the elevator would stop multiple times going up then back down. Filling so full that many of the stops would be the doors open people telling the people waiting, it's full and then continuing to the highest floor pushed and then back down. Until the lowest level needed is reached.

Best Condo yet

I’ve rented many condos thru the years and this one by far was the cleanest. It was immaculate! And the furnishings were nicely done with plenty of amenities that made it feel like home. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware too. Enjoyed this beautiful condo so much! Great job!

Amazing area and view

This was a wonderful condo. There was so much space and comfy beds. The view was amazing and super close to Pier Park. We were able to walk everywhere. The elevators were super fast. The security guards were great. I felt very safe. We had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this condo!

What a view!

We were on the 28th floor and loved the view however elevator access was less desirable. The condo was wonderful and exactly as promised. We had one small problem left from previous tenant but this was taken care of immediately. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Elevators are a nightmare

The elevators were so slow no matter the time of day or night.

Unit is on the 28th floor. There were times when we had to wait five minutes for the elevator, but nothing horrible. Most people check in between 4 and 6pm, so elevators get jammed up at that time. Note that we travelled during the off season. I would not rent this same spot in the busy season for fear of getting stuck waiting on long elevator lines. Overall, the unit has great views and I liked the decorations and the many places for people to sleep. Three bathrooms is also very nice. That said, the sink in one of the bedrooms was messed up and never drained and the bathroom fan made an annoying clicking sound in the middle of the night that was noticeable every night to me and my wife. If you shut the door to the bathroom you can't hear it as much, but it was still annoying. These are small things though.The reality is, it's a 3 bedroom with three beds, two bunk beds and a pull out couch (which we didn't use). So, plenty of sleeping space. It's also very close to tons of restaurants and had easy parking access and handicap accessible elevators in the parking garage.

Needs Customer service

We loved the place very spacious. The ceiling fan in the back room to the left needs to be fixed you have to wiggle the switch to get it to work. The staff at the building is horrible no one is friendly. I had one of them tell me to move my wagon so they could get in the elevator that was complete packed with people. One was extremely rude to my niece. Elevators are horrible you have to wait long periods of time to even get on one. My Husband tried to eat breakfast at the restaurant on site and got up and left due to them being rude. If I was just staying in the room you would have gotten a five.

Tidewater 2817

Overall great vacation! I did not like the check in process, I’ve stayed at so many different places where once you arrive you just go to your condo but here you have to check in at one place to get parking pass and wristbands for each person and then go to another place to give your drivers license in exchange for a luggage cart and then unload and go to condo unload and take cart back and get your license back then go park. I read a lot of reviews about the elevators and was not looking forward to that part since we were on the 28th floor but my experience was a good one. We only had one time to wait 3-5 minutes and the rest of the time was just a short wait time. Elevators were not an issue. The condo was clean and neat and everything worked as it should. Well stocked with amenities. I would recommend Tidewater and 2817 condo. I didn’t have any communication with manager so would that be a 1 or 5??

Some repair needed

Needs some repair, bath towels were nicely displayed on the beds but were all still very wet. Had to run through 2 full dryer cycles to get them dry. Also garbage disposal does not work, we did not put food down in it but the water kept backing up and the motor would not come on, otherwise a pleasant stay.

Beachtrip 2022

The property was very clean with enough seating in the family room for our family. All three bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and baths. The seating on the balcony could be more comfortable and it is the 28th floor- that was high! I would stay here again. No issues

Absolutely loved it!

The view was so much more amazing than the pictures, it was extremely clean and smelled good coming in. Very spacious and comfortable for our party, the host and the cleaner were both very communicative and helpful with everything. I loved this stay! Definitely will try book if ever traveling to PCB again!
