Condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was stocked very well for all of our needs. Free beach chairs were a great added bonus. We had a relaxing and quiet weekend getaway for our anniversary. Check in was easy and staff were very pleasant and always smiling. We would definitely rebook with our host and condo.

OMGOODNESS! This stay was all we wanted and more! The check in host was kind and helpful. The location was perfectly located, being in walking distance from many activities! The condo was very clean with an AWESOME unobstructed view of the beautiful beach! We will most definitely stay at this location again!

Overall, this place was nice. It was clean and beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but it’s the elevators. Most of the elevators were broken and only a few were being ran manually. You had to call security to let them know you needed picked up so they could page the person manually working the elevators. We let the host know and we were told they have no control over the elevators. When you’re on the 11th floor, stairs are not an option. Other than the elevators everything was great. We would stay here again if they can get the elevators fixed.

Great Place!

The condo was perfect! Very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The elevators were slow, but other than that, it was great and we will be coming back soon

Beautiful condo. We really liked the beach supplies the condo offered. We used the beach chair when we went to Shell Island. Used the water noodles every day.

2nd great stay in this condo!

It was great to be back at our home away from home. Our family always loves and look forward to this trip every year and this year did not disappoint. The condo is exactly as explained in pictures. They went above and beyond with communication, making sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this property.

Nice condo. Most people were friendly. Very impressed with the guys who operate elevators on weekends -very friendly. The only thing I can say would be it would have been good to have dishwashing liquid in the kitchen for when you just have a couple of glasses to washEnjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful condo! View was amazing! Anything negative about our stay would be regarding the resort. Not enough elevators and having to deal with the smell of pot on the balcony at times.

Getaway

The room was just as described. Clean and beautiful view. They thought of everything. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Only negative was the elevator situation. Super slow and busy, which is not the fault of the host. Highly recommend staying with them!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the day I arrived till the day I left I felt taken care of. The condo itself was top-notch. I had a couple items I needed to address and they were taken care of without batting an eye. 10/10 would stay with Four Star again, and likely will next year! This condo in particular was stellar in terms of furnishings, amenities, and condition.

Elevators are extremely slow.

Overall the resort and room were very nice and clean. The wait to get on and off the elevators was ridiculous. Won’t be returning only for the fact of the slow elevators and wasting so much of the trip waiting on them or having to take 11 flights of stairs with beach accessories and etc everytime we left the room.

Our room was nice. The temperature although not happy about not being able to control the temperature the elevators plainly suck, and I wasted too much of my vacation waiting, and will not return. Even though u know u have a wait for the elevators we waited over one hour for an elevator one morning. Would not return to This resort

A peaceful home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely beautiful unit with a great view. It is well kept, well decorated, and has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. Great color schemes, freshly painted, a renovated master bath, and a very relaxing vibe. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and reading. The beds are super comfy so we felt rested too. We cooked some meals and dined out too. It was nice to have all of the equipment and tools to do so. The 2 best places we ate were McGuire's and Pineapple Willy's. The best place to buy food including grab and go was The Fresh Market. It was nice to keep up on our laundry so we didn't travel with stinky, dirty clothes. It also allowed us to wash our beach towels so they could stay fresh. Having 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella daily was awesome. We were unable to get this unit for our whole our entire FL vacation (7 of 10 days), so the first 3 were spent 10-15 minutes to the east. Had I seen this unit IRL before giving them their review, it would have been dismal instead of ...sufficient. Having stayed in a mediocre yet livable unit prior to this only made us appreciate this fantastic unit even more. The ONLY negative I have is regarding the elevators at the property. This is a VERY large property and the wait was often long. Many times we used the stairs (11 flights). Tidewater needs to upgrade to a more efficient system. So, when you head to the beach make sure you have EVERYTHING you may need/want (drinks, snacks, balls, sunscreen, towels, etc). The management company was also wonderful. We received texts throughout our stay to check on us and keep us abreast of anything necessary. I have already recommended this unit to a friend.

Awesome family stay however the elevators are unreal, we lost power for a bit and the a/c sucked.

When calling maintenance they say we will call back and never do, the a/c was not working properly. Will not be staying here again.
