Affordable Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath nestled away in tranquil quiet neighborhood in the North lagoon area smack in the middle of everything PCB has to offer . Relax or head out to nearby attractions , shopping , restaurants & World Most Beautiful Beaches. This is very simple set up. Bring your own bedsheets, pillows blankets what every you need , you need to bring it yourself. This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 5 to 6 people . This have washer and dryer and refrigerator. Microwave. Nice bathroom with tub and plenty of hot water. This place is nothing fanzy smanzy. The beach is waiting for your toes to hit the sand.

Awesome PCB Location

The location was fantastic, 5 to 10 mins from everything that PCB has to offer. The place was clean, quiet and value for money was amazing. Jake met us late on Christmas night as we were running behind, a quick chat and we settled in quick.

Short weekend stay

Four of us stayed for the weekend. Owner was very nice and the property was very clean and neat. My only issues was that we didn’t know there wasn’t cable. The other was that the bedrooms were connected and our family members in the back had to come thru our room to use the bathroom at night. It was ok with us but might be an issue with two couples. I felt like that should be noted in the property description.

Awesome

Highly recommend if you are wanting to get away from the noisy high rise. Rental property is in a quiet neighborhood on Thomas Drive 5 minutes from Dat Cajun Place and Capt Anderson’s. Both beds are great and we were able to get plenty of rest the 3 days we were there for Labor Day weekend. The owner of rental property Jacob was great to work with and met us at 10:30 the night we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Arrived to find snacks and various flavors of coffeee for us to have for the Keurig maker. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Very nice getaway

The description of the place was spot on. It was very quiet throughout our stay and Jakob was fast to communicate and checked in making sure everything was to standards. Thank you so much for letting us stay in a great location so close to the beach!

Absolutely adorable home!!

The experience we had was amazing the house was very comfortable and the owners provided everything even down to toothbrushes, toothpaste beach chairs, towels and laundry items!! upon arrival the owner greeted us and walked us through the home making sure that we knew where everything was at. I manage a cleaning company so you could only imagine me going through the house lol and let me just say it was very clean and very comfortable!! The home is furnished and decorated beautifully I couldn’t imagine a vacation home any better than the one that my daughter and I stayed out again we thank them so much for our experience I would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back to Panama City Florida and hoping I can stay there again!!

Nicely renovated apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived to check in. The owners left us fresh fruit, waters and sodas in the fridge. They were very attentive and friendly. Thank you!

Very nice, clean affordable place.

Jake was very pleasant to work with. He was very kind to suggest some great restaurants for us. This is definitely a great place if you do not want to be right on the beach, but still minutes from everything.

Felt like my home away from home

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this house. The decor was perfect and such a cute beach theme . It's nice size home for family of 4. The owners of the home was also so nice .
