Spectacular vacation

We loved this condo. We were a group of 3 women and it was great to find a place with 3 bedrooms with King and Queen beds and each with own bathroom. The views are amazing. Lots of space inside and on the balcony. It was really nice to have the beach chairs set up and waiting for us, but as a group pf 3, we only had 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. The cost for a second set was 20 per day. The sets are also set up very close together - I hit the umbrella next to us when getting up. Not sure why they can't be spaced out for more privacy and comfort.Location was great. We walked to restaurants, bars and grocery. Beach and pool are beautiful. We all really enjoyed our stay.

The views from this room are fantastic! We had a sink that was stopped up and leaking in the floor and a fridge that was leaking in the floor but a repairman came by and fixed both of them. From what I could tell the auger for the ice maker is broken. The ice maker does produce ice but the ice box auger does not really push ice out of the box. Neither of those two items were major issues for us. We did however enjoy the views from this room!

Beautiful View!!!

What a beautiful view from all the windows and the balcony!! My daughter, five grandkids and I had a wonderful vacation in this condo. We cooked most nights and there was plenty of seating for everyone. I could go on and on about this condo, but the truth is we spent most of our time at the beach and the pool. We loved being so close that we could come and go throughout the day! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

We loved this property! THe layout, the decor and the views are stunning! The website description was very accurate. Our unit was very clean, well stocked and we had no issues with check in or check out. Overall it was the perfect vacation spot!!

Pros: Spectacular ocean view! Clear check in/out instructions. Nice pool/hot tub in the common area and updated deck leading to the ocean. Cons: Mattress in primary bedroom needs to be replaced. Its worn out on each side and caused sleepless nights. I specifically chose lodging with a full cook kitchen due to the 7 day stay and was disappointed at what was provided. It's time to replace the low level appliances. The front right eye on the stove did not regulate properly causing the eye to stay hotter than necessary. Therefore, I was constantly adjusting the temp knob to try and get an even cook. The oven took FOREVER to reach average heat of 350. The few knives that were still in the block were dull. One had a broken tip. The pots and pans with nonstick coating were scratched and unsafe to use for cooking. One pot was warped and wasn't used because I was afraid it would wobble off the eye. I had to purchase a frying pan and pot to cook with. There was hair on the kitchen counter and in the utensil drawer. The washer/dryer both have signicant rust on top. Bring your own towels/washclothes. Some of the (Clean) ones that were provided were clearly stained.

Wonderful View

Unit was clean and stocked. It was exactly as described. Owner/manger communicated well and made sure that I saw that the pool was closed during our stay. Never had to wait more than a few seconds on the elevator. Location is easy to get to and less than two minutes to Pier Park. The only issue is the parking, the spots are very tight. Otherwise, every thing was perfect, we will try it again next visit.

This place was PERFECT!!

We were 3 couples on a couples trip. Everything was amazing! View can’t be beat. Location was close to everything. Each bedroom was great. We spent hours on the balcony listening to the ocean. Resort and beach area was not crowded at all. We will definitely be staying here again.
