I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Avari was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others.From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The entire property smelled heavily of marijuana, the staff was unfriendly, and our condo was far from clean. We paid in advance for six water park armbands, only to be told at check-in that we only needed four. Despite their mistake, they refused to refund us for the two unnecessary bands.The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. The pull-out bed had no sheets, making it completely unusable. I contacted management and was assured sheets would be delivered. They never arrived. We spent our entire stay unable to use a bed we had paid for.The conditions and lack of customer service were so poor that we checked out early. I reached out afterward hoping the company would make things right, but after receiving one generic response, they stopped responding altogether.At this point, I feel completely ignored as a paying customer. The listing and the actual experience were nowhere close to what was advertised. I expected basic cleanliness, usable accommodations, and responsive customer service. Instead, we received none of those.I cannot recommend booking through Avari. There are too many other companies that value their customers and stand behind the properties they manage. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
