Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of an owner's closets. We love our beach house and ask that you treat our home as you would want your home treated. No events or parties. No pets. No smoking. SIX GUESTS MAX per booking. We do monitor this with outdoor security cameras. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10pm. Please keep merrymaking indoors. This is a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay. 27 years of age or older required to rent.
