The space:
This recently constructed, spacious home is designed to accommodate large groups with stylish comfort and state-of-the-art amenities.
• House has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, providing maximum comfort. Three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. A separate, dedicated open bunk room features four built-in bunks, offering a fun sleepover experience for kids and teens. There are additional 2 twin bunk beds each in 2 of the bedrooms and a crib, accommodating a total of up to 18 guests.
• The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and all the cooking essentials you could need. From pots, pans and bakeware, to a full set of dinnerware, measuring cups, quality knife blocks, cooking oil and spices you'll find everything necessary to prepare simple meals or elaborate feasts.
• The coffee station, equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee pot, electric kettle, expresso maker and a French press is a caffeine addict’s dream come true.
• A large covered patio with comfortable sofa seating, dining table for 8 and a outdoor kitchen sets the scene for memorable alfresco dining and entertaining. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a BBQ grill, large griddle, power burner, refrigerator, sink and spacious bar dining area.
• Backyard oasis: The private backyard is your personal playground, featuring a pool with an exciting turbo twister water slide and a relaxing spa, a firepit, a basketball sport court where you can also dabble in pickle ball (not full size).
• Near the Beach: Enjoy the stunning white-sand beaches of Panama City Beach, just a short and easy walk down the street from your front door (0.3 miles). Closest beach access is near the intersection of E. Lakeshore and Front Beach Rd. There is plenty of parking along the half-mile stretch of open beach, which accommodates everything from golf carts to standard cars and trucks. We provide an extra large beach wagon with balloon tires to haul beach gears. A 6-seater electric golf-cart is available for rental at the location through Surfside Solitude.
• Pet-Friendly: We welcome your four-legged family members (dogs only, max 2) to enjoy the spacious and secure fenced-in backyard. Pet fees apply.
• Workspace: A dedicated workspace, complete with a monitor and printer, is provided for your convenience

For the safety of our guests, security cameras are located at all door entrances front, back and garage doors, golf cart and driveway. Security cameras are located on each side of house to monitor gates, pool and HVAC equipment. Security cameras are also in place to monitor backyard spa/pool.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Primary guest must be 25 years and over.
As part of the rental process, guests must provide proof of ID, phone number, email address, current mailing address, and sign rental and liability waiver agreement prior to stay.

Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m. (Central time) on the day or arrival; and Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m. (Central time) on the day of departure. Late check out / early check in must be planned ahead and is subject to additional rental fees.

At the request of the guest, the pool can be heated up to 80 to 84 degrees and/or the spa can be turned on for up to 6 hours/day. However, this feature is an additional fee dependent on time of year and weather conditions. The reservation team will program the pool/spa heating. So, please notify our team prior to arrival for any necessary arrangements, and pricing.

Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs, unless previously authorized (sorry no cats); must be housebroken. Pets are not allowed to enter the pool. All pets must be listed and approved before booking. Unapproved or undeclared pets will be automatically charged the standard pet fee. Pets must be crated, leashed or left in dog run outside the house if left unattended in the home to prevent damage. Food/water bowls are allowed in kitchen only. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Guest will be responsible for any damages that occur during your stay . Guest must sign a pet policy and pet waiver agreement. Contact Reservation Team prior to bringing dogs
