Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Salty-Blu", Condo 425 is located in Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 4th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site registration fee for your parking pass & the amenity armbands for your group. Sleeps 6
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

The open plan living/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy making memories with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with granite countertops, bar seating, and an eat-in dining area. It's stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare anything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 3 seats at the table & 4 seats at the bar, there's room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or take it out to your extra large, private balcony & and watch the dolphins play in the waves.

Heading out to your private balcony you can relax at the table & chairs, enjoying the views or even to read your favorite book while enjoying some sun. Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright emerald water before the day gets too hot. We can't think of anything more relaxing when it comes to starting a fun-filled and chilled-out vacation! It's also the perfect place to end the day enjoying the sunset with an evening cocktail while planning the next days activities.

Stepping into the open-concept living area, the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the spectacular views of the tropical pool and Gulf of Mexico's emerald waters & sugar white beaches. The contemporary coastal décor creates a sophisticated, yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Tired from the sun & waves? Head to the living room and plop down on the couch for a quick cat nap. You can also curl up in one of the 2 cozy chairs with your favorite book or turn on your favorite show or movie on the smart TV, while you chill out in the middle of the afternoon to escape the heat. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 6. Free WiFi & a full size washer & dryer are available in condo for your convenience.

After a day of playing in the waves and exploring the city, it might be time to hit the hay. Retreat to the luxurious master suit. The spacious master bedroom is anchored by a comfortable king-size bed, a smart TV for keeping up with your favorite shows, and plenty of storage making it perfect for relaxation. The ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is perfect for washing the sand off of your feet before crawling into bed with your loved one so you both wake up clean and refreshed before the day's adventures begin.

And don’t worry about the rest of your group – your guests will be able to stay in the bunkroom! The bunk room has a twin over twin bunkbed, a smart TV to keep them entertained, and a curtain separating it from the rest of the condo for privacy. The ensuite full bath with walk-in shower is perfect for washing the day's sand & salt off before curling into bed with their favorite show.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

2 ) Beach Chairs? Beach towels? Beach toys?
Beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
