CONDO COMPLETE REMODEL AND NEW FURNITURE IN 2020
This unit has a new beauty rest mattress, new large capacity washer/ dryer. It is fully furnished with linen, fully equipped kitchen and crock pots.
MAXIMUM GUESTS 6. King bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, set of twin bunks.This unit is PRIME VIEW of everything! Walmart is only 0.4 mile away. It is right down from THE FAMOUS PINEAPPLE WILLIES. We have Wi-Fi, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Volleyball, 2 Olympic size pools, 2 kiddie pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security ATM, Arcade, and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach. I also have a set of chairs and and UMBRELLA in my closet that you may take down on the beach. All I ask is that you rinse them off when you return them.

What a view and only 4 doors from CENTER POOLS. Parasailing and jet ski may be rented.

We had a very nice stay. The condo was comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach. The Summit seems to be super focused on guest and property safety. It is under renovation now so some of the property is blocked off.

Great location, room very clean husband did not care for the carpet in the livingroom. Bathroom lock to master needs to be changed so you can lock the door the knob it is on backwards. We had a great trip and would book again in the future.

Nice Condo

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. The condo was pretty clean. It’s a standard kind of room no bells or whistles.An older unit, Plenty of towels and wash cloths provided and they were nice. The rug between kitchen and living room might slip, just be careful.

Nice for the price

The condo was a little out dated but was sufficient for the price. It was nice overall. The view was great from the balcony. Only complaint, it’s right above the pool & at night there are really bright lights around the pool that shine into the condo & also diminish the view of the ocean at night. We also encountered some roaches in the condo.

Amazing Views

The condo has great views and the perfect amount of room for our family of 5. The condo itself was pretty clean when we arrived. There were only minor things we noticed. The listing says there are issues with the washer, which we did encounter, so if you plan to do laundry while you’re here just keep that in mind. The owner is quick at responding to messages if you have any issues. All in all we had a great stay and I would stay here again!

This condo was exactly as described. The location was as close to the beach as you can get. We seen dolphins from the balcony every morning. We stayed for 8 night and we loved it. The owner was also very nice and let us add a day. We have come to pcb for spring break for 3 years in a row and this has been our favorite stay.

Girls trip

Place was nice except little musty and we found a dirty pot (spaghetti) in cabinet and kitchen floor looked clean but when we wiped up some water it was dirty. Towels smell musty also. Need new batteries in tv remote. Parking and armbands were supposed to be 20 was charged 27. Otherwise we enjoyed the view The lights around pool at night shining at the rooms not so much but understand the reasoning.maybe could be adjusted differently so it’s not in your room.
