Surf Side offers an unmatched tropical feel that is only 4 minutes from the beach at Panama City beach. The backyard has pickle ball, basketball, 3-course mini golf, table tennis, corn hole, shaded seating area, grill with a large dining table to enjoy your meals poolside, it doesn't get much better than that! Looking to just relax and soak up the sun? No problem! The heated pool is a great place to float around in or lounge. When the sun goes down the fun doesn't end, head inside to an unmatched game room that consists of an air hockey table, pool table, TV, pub tables and an arcade machine with 20,000+ games! There's fun for everyone!



Each bedroom, the game room and the 85" TV in the living room have a Roku Smart TV. You can sign into your personal account to use streaming services or watch the local Roku channels (cable not included). All Smart TVs in the house offer some streaming without an account.



We have room for many families or friend groups to all be together. All bedrooms have luxury king size mattresses and some also have twin bunk beds as well. From the outdoor games, water activities, indoor game room as well as the large screen TV in the living room area, there is something for everyone to enjoy and have an amazing vacation!



Blue Dolphin Retreats wants to do everything it can to make sure your stay at Surf Side is the best it can be. At check in, we will provide you with a digital guidebook of the property as well as attractions for you to enjoy in the area, if you decide to leave the property;).



**PLEASE NOTE** there is no hot tub at this property. There is a small "Florida pool" next to the primary pool, which does not heat up any warmer than the primary pool.



Supplies:

Each bathroom will have a roll of toilet paper in it to get you started. We also supply a roll of paper towel. Each trash bin will have a bag in it. If you need more of these items during your stay you will have to run to the store.



Grill:

We do have a grill on site to use. In the event the tank wasn't completely filled up or was emptied by the previous guest, just refill the current tank or grab a new one and send us a copy of the receipt to be reimbursed for the cost.



Fire pit:

Your free to use the outdoor fire pit. The cover must be on it when not adding wood. We don't supply the wood or supplies for starting the fire. This can be found at local convenience stores.



Pickle ball court:

This court is 22'x40' with a playing area of 16x36. We have paddles and balls on site. Because we are in a residential area to help keep the noise levels down we ask guests to use the pickle balls we provide. This will help keep the noise levels down while playing. When your not using the pickle ball court please keep the pickle ball paddles inside out of the rain/humidity. Lost or damaged pickle balls will result in a $10 charge per ball. Lost or damaged basketballs will result in a $20 charge per ball.



Pool:

The pool can be heated. If you wish to have the heater on during your stay there is a $50 charge per day. Let us know at least 2 days before your check in if you want it heated. Please note the pool heater might not be able to maintain a desired temperature if the outdoor temperature during your stay is less than 65 degrees.

The pool is serviced once a week in the winter months and twice a week from spring break to end of August. Please don't be alarmed if the pool crew enters the backyard during your stay.



**House Rules**

*When booking you agree to everything listed and will abide by all rules.

*After booking, the primary guest will have to visit our guest portal and put a credit card on file for a security deposit. 2 days prior to arrival, a $300 hold will be placed on the card. This hold will be removed after the cleaners have inspected the property.

*All adults must be at least 21 years old. **Families exempt**. In the case of families only the primary adult must be at least 21 years old.

*No parties, event or loud music allowed

*No disruptive behavior

*No outside guests allow

*No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house, garage, or near artificial turf. Smoking of any kind inside the house or garage will result in a min $300 fee to cover a deep cleaning and odor removal.



PET POLICY**

We are pet friendly:) We only allow dogs. No breed/size restrictions.There will be a $100 pet fee when bringing your dog. Maximum dogs allowed are 2.



**Pool**

Guests may not at anytime touch or tamper with the pool equipment. Tampering or touching pool equipment is considered breaking house rules. This will result in termination of the stay with no refund.



**Game Room**

Do not attempt to open the garage door. This will cause damage to items located in the game room.



**Indoor fire place**

No fires allowed indoors.



**Backyard**

Surf Side brings together an amazing experience for friends and family. The nature and trees in the area are beautiful. From time to time mother nature moves those trees around and as a result leaves and pine needles tend to fall on the turf in the backyard. Our lawn maintenance crew will blow them off a few times a month, however they might not show during your stay. We have provided a leaf blower, located in the kitchen that you are free to use to clear off the backyard and mini golf turf.



**Quiet hours**

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10pm-8am. This also means no bouncing basketballs or playing pickle ball between 10pm-8am.We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this property. This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors properties. If a ball goes over the fence please leave it. The neighbor will eventually toss it back over. We supply plenty of extras balls just in case this happens. We don't allow outside guests on the property at anytime. Any complaints from the neighbors for loud noise levels after 10pm will result in forfeiting your security deposit. The second complaint for violating quiet hours will terminate your stay immediately with no refunds.
