    ¡Las vistas al golfo y el estilo de vida de un resort te esperan para tus próximas vacaciones en la playa! Stafford Villa, en Los Pueblos de South Walton, está situado en el centro de la playa de Seacrest - la encantadora ciudad costera situada en el extremo este de la carretera escénica 30-A entre Rosemary Beach y la playa de Alys. Vas a disfrutar de descansar junto a la piscina, ciclismo ocasional, pista de exploración y, por supuesto, las aguas del Golfo cuando las vacaciones en este 3 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio.

    Situado en la planta superior, esta unidad cuenta con una muy amplia, de planta abierta y balcón con una amplia vista del Golfo. Las comodidades incluyen televisores de alta definición con pantalla plana de 1080p en cada habitación con un reproductor de DVD para los niños, una gran bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal, entrada en el patio privado desde la suite principal, lavadora / secadora, armarios empotrados en cada habitación y la habitación de invitados tiene baño privado Acceso al segundo baño.

También hay varios restaurantes para disfrutar: La Cocina (un estilo familiar restaurante mexicano), Pizza by the Sea, y Acme Ice House. The condo was fantastic! Was set up as advertised and close to everything! The ONLY negative was communication with Russell Vacations and their dissemination of the check-in information and then when I spoke with a representative from Russell Vacations they were rude and defensive. Would rent this condo again if booking wasn’t through Russell Vacations…actually, will never rent ANYTHING represented by Russell Vacations.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. The location is truly hard to beat—being right by Barrett Square with easy access to restaurants, shops, and coffee made everything so convenient. We especially loved having live music just steps away in the evenings, which added such a fun and relaxed atmosphere to the trip.The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well set up for our group. It made for the perfect home base for beach days, dinners, and everything in between. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Rosemary/Seacrest Beach.

Spring Break Getaway

First time staying in Seacrest. This location was perfect. Easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in an excellent location. Top floor was great, that way we couldn’t hear people above us. Kitchen had great cookware and lots of dishes, cups and silverware. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Really Great!

We truly loved our stay. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to Aly’s and Rosemary with two kids. The trolly to the beach was so nice! The condo was clean and very nice! We would stay here again for sure!

Wow. Outstanding location and view on the fourth floor. Could see the water and watch the sunset in the evening. Spacious unit that was nicely furnished. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

We stay on 30A a couple times a year, this has become one of favorite spots. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Great place to people watch after a day in the sun, lots and lots of eating places in walking distance. We can’t wait to come back! Russel Vacation is a great country go through, Judy was wonderful. I really don’t want to give this place a lot of praise because to many people will want to stay here, I’d like to keep it a secret just for ourselves, lol.

Excellent Rental

This is an excellent rental. The rental was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of shopping and the amazing restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool is nice too. Right next to Starbucks for morning coffee. We would recommend!

Great location

Our family of five, youngest age was 10 years old had a great time. Clean, close to Main Street of Rosemary Beach. This condo has access to other beach which was crowded when weather was great. From the balcony you can hear the music in a Village, for us it was plus:)

Location is fantastic to the beach and pool, along with restraunts. Communication with management was also fantastic - we had one very small issue with overhead lights, but they had someone out very quickly to fix the issue and were very responsive.

Lovely family vacation

I stayed at this condo for a week-long family vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous - we ate breakfast there every morning. The condo is very spacious, especially the master suite, and other bedrooms have closets and storage spaces. Although the village square was quite crowded during the day and in the evening, the quiet time was enforced from 10pm to 8am. Our host was very responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay.

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Stafford - the area is absolutely beautiful! The listing was spot-on, the condo has everything you will need, very well appointed. The location was great in terms of where it was, short walk to the beach and also a short walk to charming Rosemary Beach. The pool was very enjoyable as well! Our only “complaint” was the amount of teens that took over the condo complex - our last day of our stay there were 25+ kids on peddle bikes with music speakers lingering around the front of the complex. On our way back from dinner one evening we literally had to wait minutes for the kids to disperse so we could get through. I understand quiet hours were at 10:00p but thought security could have kept these kids moving and not congregate at the front of the property. Overall it was a great stay, and I highly recommend this complex!
