Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, the home boasts 65 feet of private Lake Powell frontage, overlooking the largest coastal dune lake in North America. Calm waters, abundant wildlife, and wide-open views create a peaceful backdrop you'll feel the moment you arrive. Start your mornings on the screened-in porch with a hot cup of coffee and birdsong in the air, no screens, no rush, just you and the view.

Adventure and relaxation live side by side here. Spend your days paddleboarding across glassy water, casting a line with the provided fishing poles, or unwinding in the home's private sauna after a long day outdoors. Explore the nearby trails at Camp Helen State Park, bike along scenic 30A, or head to the beach just 0.7 miles away for a sun-soaked afternoon.

Inside, the home is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed with an open-concept layout that brings everyone together. *Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.

LOCATION
Home is located in Inlet Beach - A coastal community just 0.7 miles away from Inlet Beach access points and less than five minutes to the heart of Rosemary Beach. It's located near the new, upscale shopping and dining center - 30Avenue, and close proximity to Rosemary Beach. The home is also just a short drive to Publix grocery store.

This neighborhood is a mix of full/part-time residents and vacation rentals. It's very quiet and friendly!

NEARBY BEACH ACCESS
Inlet Beach has several beach access options to choose from. Below are the 3 most popular:

-Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. Located 0.8 miles from house.

-Wall Street Beach Access: Located about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US 30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. There is no parking but there is parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access.

-Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Located less than .08 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride a bike.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
