Este condominio de 2 dormitorios en High Pointe Beach Resort 124 ofrece todo lo que pueda desear en un alquiler vacacional.  Las grandes ventanas de vidrio ofrecen vistas deslumbrantes de la piscina en cascada tipo laguna de High Pointe Beach Resort.   Disfrute de su café de la mañana o vino de la tarde en el patio frente a la piscina mientras observa a los niños jugar al aire libre.  Los televisores de pantalla plana, el equipo de música y muchos asientos para familiares y amigos significan que todos estarán entretenidos y cómodos. �� La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y los taburetes en el bar adyacente pueden acomodar a 3 o 4 comensales adicionales.

Decorado en tonos serenos con toques de decoración playera '. Las habitaciones de este condominio son de un tamaño generoso.  La suite principal ofrece una cama king-size, baño privado completo con tocador con doble lavabo, vestidor y una gran combinación de bañera / ducha ovalada.  El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo y acceso compartido al segundo baño.  Este baño tiene un tocador individual y bañera / ducha combinadas. ¡Disfruta del espacio que este condominio tiene para ofrecer! 

La cocina está bien equipada y ofrece todas las comodidades esperadas. Bonita estufa / horno, lavaplatos, refrigerador, despensa de almacenamiento de alimentos, ollas y sartenes, cubiertos, platos, cristalería y una lavadora / secadora dentro del nicho de la lavandería.

This property is in one of the best locations we have ever stayed. It was great on the first floor being able to walk to the pool, Crabby Steve's and the ocean. The king bed mattress doesn't provide much back support which caused morning stiffness and should be replaced. Also, there were small ants that would show up in the kitchen whenever we got any food out. Other than those 2 items the condo was great!

Family vacation

Wonderful location - everything was just as shown in the listing. Pool was amazing and loved having close access to the beach. Blackout curtains in the master would have made the stay more enjoyable - as the sun came up early and the room was super bright.

Great location

This was the first time staying in Highpoint resort, 30A Location. Fantastic shopping great restaurants. However, it was a bit crowded for us, but what can you expect during summer. Condo is in a great location. Furniture needed to be updated. Especially the couch and the chairs. Beds were comfortable. If you are going with elderly family, please take note that the beach is, quite a ways away from the condo. We had to rent my mom a Mobility scooter. Overall, I would stay again, but not during the summer.

Great location

Perfect location, close to everything. Kids love Crabby Steve’s. Nice to be able to walk out sliding door to the pool. Only thing would be to add darker curtains or blinds to the master bedroom. The curtains were a little too see theough.😉

Great condo! Perfect first floor location!

Loved the location! Condo was clean. First floor is such a great location to everything! Right by the pool and entrance. Would suggest more plastic cups (everything is glass and no glass is allowed outside of the condo).

Great location

This was the best location! It’s right on the beach, steps from the pool, across the street from cute stores and restaurants, and it has everything you need within walking distance. The unit is an older unit, but we didn’t mind that. Check in/out was very easy. Overall we had a great time.

Needs serious updating/renovations

I'm sure at one time this property was super nice...but like >10 years ago. Everything was super dated and in need of renovation! TV had burned in images and was too small for living room; carpet was frayed and old; fixtures were old and corroded; master mattress was old, with sagging to enter and WAY too soft!; The property itself was in a great location with a great pool, but the renter of this unit should know that beach chairs/umbrella do NOT come with rental (as they do with many!) and will cost you an extra $60/day

Needs an update!

Great location and clean unit. We’ve stayed at High Pointe numerous times and love the proximity to everything. This unit needs to be updated. From the appliances to the furniture especially the rusty table and chairs out back. Upgrade the TVs as they are old and small. Overall, great place but needs an Update!

Great spot for young families!

We loved our stay here. Location was a 10/10, especially with very young kids. The pool was literal steps away and it was a short walk to the beach, and afterward we could pull the wagon right up to the patio instead of having to drag it through the entry and into the condo. It was so clean and spacious — hoping to stay again next year!

Labor Day weekend

We love High Pointe for Labor Day every year. Great location on the beach side and nice pool. Crabby Steve’s is always a hit too. We’ve stayed in several different units at HP and this specific one was great. My only complaint is that it doesn’t include 2 beach service chairs. Anytime we’ve ever stayed at a condo here before, they’ve been included so I just assumed this one would too. I did not realize this until our first day when we headed out to the beach to check in with the beach service employees. That was an unexpected extra expense but overall we did enjoy our stay. I just wish this info had been noted in the description.

Girls trip

We came down for a girls long weekend and had the best time. The location is great! We loved the opportunity to have the pool when the weather was cloudy and rain showers, but just a quick walk to the beach for the sunny days. And we loved having crabby Steve’s to grab a to go lunch and drinks while hanging out on the beach all day. We didn’t have to drive anywhere at night for dinner because the location is ideal for walking and being close to Rosemary and all it’s options, or a bit longer walk to Citizen wasn’t bad either, just maybe wear sensible shoes. We all agreed we will be back to High Pointe Resort!

Good for the price but

The property was clean and definitely serviceable. Location on first floor right off the pool was great (not that we swam bc we were there in November). High Pointe is a great location on 30A in Seacrest Beach between Rosemary & Alys beaches. Much more affordable to stay here and enjoy the amenities of the 3 beaches. That said, the unit needs some attention. The curtains on the patio door were dirty on the bottom 18” or so from soaking up water. The couch and master bed were terribly uncomfortable. The bed was an old spring mattress that sank significantly and creaked with every movement. Had I been stayed longer, this mattress would have caused me to need my chiropractor. The master bath needs some love. The faucets are broken (stopper and stopper pull have been removed) and are so old they are chipping. The master shower is a shower curtain in a luxury tub. The curtain is very lightweight plastic and blows halfway into the tub when the shower is on. The light in master bath doesn’t work unless you use the one connected to the fan. The cover for the light is falling off the ceiling. The TV in the living room is the craziest device I’ve ever watched a foolball game on. However they have this thing hooked up is so wrong that the lines on the football field “warp” and twist as the camera pans. So weird. The TV in the master would not turn on. I know it works because the cleaning crew left it on but after turning it off, we couldn’t get it working again. The “mess of wires” down the side tell us that someone didn’t know how to hook this up correctly. Overall it was fine for our short stay and bargain compared to Rosemary & Alys properties that are on the beach but the unit could use some attention.
