Shell House, Condo 1417, professionally managed by Azure-Properties and located in the Shores of Panama Resort, with a highly desirable reserved parking spot located on the 3RD FLOOR. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $75 on-site resort packet required by the resort for your 1 parking pass & 6 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Tired after a long day of being on the beach? Head to the living room and plop down on the couch for a quick cat nap. You can also sit on one of the comfortable love seat or curl up in the cozy chair with your favorite book!, You can turn on your favorite show or movie on the smart TV, and chill out in the middle of the afternoon to escape the heat. The spacious living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 6. Free WiFI & a full size washer & dryer are available for your convenience.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach wagon, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
