25th Floor Stunning Beach Front Views - Fully Renovated April 2023!

Our Sunrise Beach Condo is located on the 25th floor (top floor!) giving you spectacular views of the gorgeous blue, green, and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our owner-managed condo is our home away from home. We want our guests feel the same way! Soggy Dollar Snack & Shop is now open in the 5th floor Clubhouse in the building! • BALCONY – Large 200+ square foot balcony with a table for dining and plenty of seating. You will enjoy the view from the 25th floor to see the dolphins and rays swimming around in the morning! Be sure to bring your binoculars!

• LIVING ROOM - The newly furnished (April 2023) living room has direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach through floor to ceiling sliding doors. The sofa makes into a queen bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. The entertainment area includes a large flat screen TV with cable and Ruku. You will be able to fit your family on the sofa, recliner chair, and other chairs in the living room.

• MASTER SUITE - King size bed. It has direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach through floor to ceiling sliding doors. The suite has a flat screen TV. The master bathroom includes double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Shower towels and wash cloths are provided. There are two closets to store all of your items.

• SECOND BEDROOM - This private room contains one queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and a spacious closet to store your items.

• THIRD BEDROOM (BUNK ROOM) - This room contains twin-size bunk beds.

• SECOND BATHROOM - This bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Shower towels and wash cloths are provided.

• KITCHEN/DINING AREA - The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, all black-on-black appliances, built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plates, utensils and everything you need to prepare that special dinner at home or just have snacks between the numerous activities the area offers. All of the guests can eat at the dining room table plus the bar top.

• SECURITY CAMERA – The unit has a Ring Camera located near the entry door.

• KEYLESS ENTRY - The unit has a numeric keyless entry lock.

• OTHER CONDO FEATURES – Our unit offers cable, a wireless internet connection, a full-size washer and dryer, and a beautiful balcony with plenty of seating. There luxury laminate flooring, carpet, and tile throughout our unit.

• PARKING GARAGE - Parking is available for up to two vehicles at an additional cost of $40 each. This fee will be paid by the guest directly to the Sunrise Beach Resort after booking. Your license plate number, car make and model will need to be registered through us. There will be no car tag given as the electronic registrations will be given to the garage security team. Any vehicle not registered is subject to be ticketed or towed by the garage security team. The max vehicle height for the garage is 6' 8', and there is no guaranteed on-site parking for oversized vehicles. Scooters, rentable mini vehicles, boats, and trailers are not allowed on the property.
