A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs (under 30 lbs) are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet of $200 per pet applies.

With 60' of wall to wall glass- you get an unobstructed view of the world's most beautiful beaches. Each room is Gulf front (except bathrooms). You can't beat this view!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family! The view of the beach was stunning and the beach access was easy and the beach was nice. There was some construction going on but it didn’t bother us once. Overall a great experience!

excellent views, saw dolphins from the balcony every morning and evening. sunsets were amazing. as advertised property, very spacious. reserving the beach chairs was very easy. on the quiet end of PCB away from crowds, traffic but still close enough to grocery stores and things to do. definitely recommend this property

Great Experience!

The property is as advertised. Clean and well maintained, located overlooking the beach. It was was easy to access and located near many of the activities we were looking forward to enjoying. We even got to see a dolphin swimming alonf the shoreline the last morning of our stay.

Beautiful Condo

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean,beautiful with outstanding views, and well stocked on everything you need. It even has extra chairs, floats, and games to play on the beach. The only thing we had to figure out was since it’s an older remodeled unit you have to make sure the light switches are on to use the outlets in the bedrooms. We loved it! Definitely will be back!

Perfect stay with the fur child

Amazing views! Only steps to the grassy area out front for the pup, extremely convenient. Kitchen was properly stocked. Beach access was perfect. Chairs and umbrella provided was a plus. Overall a great stay and will likely return.

The condo was perfect!!! We loved the layout of the condo! Beach chairs were included in our reservation which was very nice! The water pressure in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The location was nice too, kinda in the middle of PCB. The air conditioning worked well!

Nice place to stay with your dog. They had the place clean and lots of amenities to help us with our stay. 2x we have stayed here because of the dog. Easy access to beach. Pool area is nothing fancy, very small and old.

Great Condo

It was a beautiful stay. The condo was nice and clean, beds comfy, and the view was amazing. We sat on the balcony with the ocean directly in front of us. Would definitely recommend. Kendall is fantastic to work with!

Family Vacation

We will never stay anywhere else from now on! The property was beautiful and just as stated. Perfect location and everything you need to relax. Kendall is super and made our visit so smooth. Waking up to the views their property offers is what made the trip. Great kitchen for cooking at home with everything you could possibly need!

Beautiful condo

First but not the last

We made our first trip to Panama City Beach and we were very pleased. Beautiful beach and this condo was perfect!! Access to the beach is a little bit of a headache but the condo was great! View spectacular and in a quieter less congested part of PCB. The contacts, Kendall and Lisa both were great! No complaints from us ! We would stay here again!

Very nice condo and even better view.

The condo itself was perfect with the exception of the blinds and sliding doors, but those are to be replaced soon I believe. So then it will be the perfect place to stay. The complex itself is in need of maintenance and they are working on that too. So there were a few issues with outside lights out on stairways, gates to pool and beach that didn't work.... Regardless of the minor issues, I've stayed at 10+ places in the area over the years and this has the best view and parking. This is the place to stay if you need two bedrooms.

Great beach terrible condo

The condo had very dirty carpet, no hot water in the kitchen. Bedroom had two broken dangerous chairs and the blinds to would not operate properly so couldn't see the ocean view in bedroom. Beach was beautiful... this condo needs an update!

Perfect family vacation!!!

It was our last little beach trip before we brought our daughter to school. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, spacious, had all the little things you might need to get started. And the view……. It was just perfect. My husband and I sat out there every morning and enjoyed our coffee. He did have to do some work but sat out there while he did. The neighborhood is quiet and had a perfect area for our fur baby to take his walks. We will definitely be back!!!

Simply peaceful

Condo was clean. More roomier than expected. Needs maybe a little TLC in decor but bed was comfy! The set up was nice… Adults/12 yr old on one side… teenagers on the other. Master had a king bed and a sofa sleeper which was great. The other bedroom had two full size beds. Everything you need. Right on the beach. Nothing fancy about the place but definitely nice and quiet. Would recommend and would rent again.
