Friends weekend at the Point!!!

This was the perfect getaway weekend...This townhouse had everything we needed plus an amazing view of the Gulf!Highly recommend a weekend at Alligator Point.

Lovely, comfortable stay on Alligator Point

Quiet place to stay

The view off the top floor is beautiful looking out onto the water. The gulf to the front and the bay to your rear. The furniture is old and dog hair needed to be cleaned better. House was tidy but not clean. The fishing was great and the beaches are natural and beautiful.

Very nice. Does need identification on door as well as front of building. Owner had supplied all needs. Cleaners left clean towels in dryer.

By far the best vacation rental experience.

This experience really gave me some hope for future travels. We have had some horrible luck with vrbo rentals on the east coast. We had a hard time locating two properties close together that would fit our families and had a few disaster bookings prior to this one. But, right off the bat we knew things were going to be good with this property. The house didn't smell like many waterfront properties do. The inside was clean and FRESH. Right on the water with plenty of parking. There's a little bar/ food spot right across the way with a very chill vibe. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and even checked in with us on occasion. Our bed was SO comfortable and the sheets were soft & clean! They had everything in the kitchen we needed. Plenty of Pots and pans of all sizes- with lids, measuring cups/ spoons, openers etc. The water from the fridge tasted pure/ clean- not the normal ocean side tap taste. Plenty of toys for the kids and instructions for the AC usage/ lights/ TV's etc was clearly labeled and explained. We did not try the elevator, but would have been good to know about prior- my sister had a broken leg. She made it up the stairs and hung out in the nicely cooled house for the trip to keep water and sand out of her cast. So may be a good thing to know if you have family with disabilities etc. I would ABSOLUTELY book this property again. This trip was what my daughter wanted for her birthday and it was A+ amazing. Very thankful!
