Beach Front Home! Sleeps 12- 2 Separate Living Areas.

You will love your time at the beautiful forgotten cost. This house is perfect for large families or 2 families to split the cost. It can comfortably sleep up to 12. Upstairs is equipped with a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub. Downstairs also offers a sun room with panoramic views of the ocean. The home has everything you could need to enjoy your stay-flat screen TV's, WIFI, water filtration water system, fish cleaning area, gas and charcoal grill, washer and dryer, towels, beach toys and more! Perfect place for families or a nice getaway with your significant other. You will truly enjoy St. Teresa where you can walk for miles. If you love fishing you will love throwing the cast net off the dock that is just a few steps away or wading in the ocean. Quite often you will see dolphins swimming by or other ocean life during low tide.
Please note: We do NOT allow pets and you will be charged each day if this is not followed!

THE PERFECT FAMILY GET-AWAY!!

Everything about this property was superb, easy check-in process, location couldn't be better, super clean, great communication, the house had everything and beyond that we would ever need, comfortable bed & linens, the location of the beach and the fishing pier was such a plus, we will definitely be back!!

St. T is our family’s favorite summer vacation spot! The relaxing beach and opportunity for fishing is what keeps us coming back. This was our first stay at this property but it won’t be our last! We loved the separate living spaces for a little more room to spread out. We had 2 families, with kids ranging from infants to teens, and everyone was well accommodated. The sun porch offers perfect views. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and beach fun. The hosts are so generous to provide kayaks, beach toys, and more. They were great at communicating with us when we had questions. Our family could not ask for a better experience.

Perfect place to get away from it all!

The host/ rental were great! Host provided excellent communication and was very responsive. The rental was well appointed and has everything needed to enjoy your time away. It was a calm retreat with easy access to the beach and water. Even with neighboring properties there were maybe three families on the beach including our group. Definitely not a touristy area. We were able to relax and unwind. Two separate areas were very helpful for a bigger family. We actually forgot an item and didn’t realize it. The host sent a text to let us know, and offered to send it to us. We would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location and property

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we love the location in St. Teresa. The home functions really well with two separate living areas, two kitchens, and 5 bedrooms. It also comes with plenty of great amenities like access to a community dock, kayaks, etc.

Family Vacation in Paradise

Everything about this property and location was absolutely perfect. We were a family of 11 that needed ample space for my little sister's wedding/family vacation. The home provided this with 5 bedroom and two living spaces. The interior is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The beach was the perfect spot to relax with the younger ones. The water was calm and inviting. We had a bast using the kayaks and beach toys provided, and the outdoor shower was wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay at your home and we cannot wait to plan another trip!

Spring break

Our group of 11 really enjoyed our stay. Beach wasn't packed. Kayaking daily was great. House is equipped with plenty of dishes, towels, and toys for the kids. Would definitely stay here again. Had a great time.

Lovely location for family vacation

The home was well furnished and had everything needed for everyone in the group to eat and sleep. It is beautifully decorated. It was nice for us to have the evenings to ourselves after the grandkids were put to bed upstairs. We also enjoyed our morning coffees on the back porch listening to the waves every morning. On the downside, the home wasn't very clean. There were stained bed sheets and towels. The coffee maker had not been cleaned so there was white mold growing in it. There was sand on the sofa. There was dirt on bathroom vanity and the towels which the property manager stated was probably there because of the new roof that was just installed. The Dish Network wasn't working correctly. Given the price for staying there, plus cleaning charge, these issues were disappointing. Last issue was VRBO giving us a different check out time. The property manager stated that check out has always been 10:30am which means nothing since we hadn't been there before. Overall, we all did enjoy the stay.

Great spot on St. Teresa Beach

We booked late for Labor Day weekend so I was happy to find this cute house. It has an upstairs and downstairs with their own private entrances. We didn't even need to use the upstairs for our group, we just stayed downstairs. The house was perfect for what we were looking for, clean, and in a great spot on the beach. My son loved being able to go out to the pier and fish every morning and my daughter loved the hammock. We were able to bring our boat and make a day at Dog Island as well.

Great Property and Location

This house was perfect for our family ranging from grandparents to infants. The proximity to the beach was awesome and the upstairs with separate entrance was nice. A dishwasher would have been convenient, but other than that it had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful beach access and accommodation for 2 families

We've stayed at this property twice with 4 adults and 7 children (ages 4 -10). The 3/1 downstairs and 2/1 upstairs with separate living and kitchen accommodations is great for 2 families. The large table with benches on the porch is perfect for sharing big meals. There are tons of toys for kids and the child kayaks are a favorite. Beach chairs and towels abound. The home is very clean and inviting and the beach is steps away. Beds are comfortable with plenty of linens. The kitchen is well appointed - we like to cook as a family and have made many meals here. A gas grill is provided on site and laundry facilities are provided in the building behind the house.

Just WOW!!!

Was absolutely pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. The pictures do not tell half the story. Will definitely try to stay here again. Everything was clean and worked as expected, the furnishings were comfortable and the access to the beach was amazing. Would highly recommend this one.

Wonderful family vacation home

Thank-you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful gulf-front property. It was even better than it looks on the website, and well-stocked to serve us. The fishing pier was very close and provided lots of excitement and white sand beach gave lots of swimming opportunities.

Paradise on the beach!

This is a very lovely home in a great location, right on the water! Our family had plenty of space to come together and celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed the beautiful and well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, the big enclosed sunroom and the gorgeous beachfront. Bren is a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will look to book here again in the future!

Xmas at the beach

My family loved the location and the number of bedrooms. The outdoor shower was great to keep the beach sand out of the house. Kayaks were fun and having 2 kitchens was great. Would go again if we can.
