Great location and great staff, beautiful lobby but rooms were cheaply renovated and definitely not luxurious as you would expect at this price point. Would stay again and recommend to others due to the great staff, casino and location.

This vacation club is about 45 minutes from San Juan and is in a very nice green area with a beautiful beach. However, there is only one restaurant in this hotel, and it is more of a beach bar. We had a few issues with our 1 bedroom apartment in Mona Loiza, including shower temperature and cleanliness. Staff were very responsive and quick to try solve the issues, which resulted in us being moved to another property off site which met our needs. Thank you for your help.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Water pressure and temperatures were good. Smooth and easy check in. They held our bags before check in. AC worked and was nice and cool. Pool was clean.
