The property is conveniently located close to the Bradenton Convention Center, Downtown Bradenton, Grocery stores, Palmetto fishing pier, a boat ramp, and some of the best waterfront restaurants around. If you are looking for a little adventure you can travel across the bridge to the downtown riverwalk with scenic views along with a playground, splash pad and skate park for the kids! Looking for a little nightlife? Check out downtown Bradenton which offers bars and restaurants as well as some great local history!

This 4-bedroom property is very spacious and has a relaxing ocean cottage vibe from the decor to the furniture. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
