The Wimpy Kids Book Series, Curious George, Castle Building Blocks, a Pack n' Play for Toddler sleeping, Toddler Chair Seat + Kid's Cups, plates, Kid's Utensils. You have thought of everything!! Even a protection Lock for the sliding door!
- Lots of Family Games (Giant Size Jenga, Family Feud, Say What you Mean), Old fashion Puzzles, Video's, Books + Magazines to read by the Pool!
- You helped us with suggestions on good restaurants, wonderful cheaper places to buy Groceries ( Detwiller's Fresh Market in Palmetto) and places to visit!
- Your Property manager is your sister and lives only 5 minutes away and she responds quickly to our texts!
The Pool is furnished to a very high standard to ensure all of our visitors fully enjoy that luxurious holiday feeling, but at a reasonable price. The Living Room has 2 Black Leather Couches (one is a Sofa Sleeper) with a 55" Panasonic Flat Screen TV with an Apple TV Box.
There are 3 bedrooms with each having it's own Smart TV with RoKu box. King bed in Master bedroom with 40” Samsung Smart TV + RoKu and en-suite bathroom. Queen in second bedroom with 32” Samsung Smart TV + RoKu. 2 twin beds in the third bedroom with 32” Samsung Smart TV + RoKu. The Master Bathroom features a garden tub with separate shower and dual sinks with birch wood vanity units. One of the living room couches is a hide-a-bed Queen Bed to increase the sleeping capacity to eight people for over night guests. Spacious eat in open plan kitchen, so the Chef can still be part of the party. Glass top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools and birch wood cabinets.
The American style refrigerator with ice maker and filtered fresh water will ensure you have plenty of room for all the food and liquid refreshments you will need. The laundry room has a large stacked washer and dryer. The house has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in most of the rooms. The living room is furnished with two three seater leather sofas to lounge on and enjoy the entertainment center via the 46” smart flat screen TV. The property is also fitted with super high speed internet with free long distance calling in the USA and Canada. The open plan dining room features a dining table with six chairs, very comfortable for those evening diner parties when you do not want to dine out. Should you wish to eat Al-fresco we have provided a table and six chairs under a covered Lanai. For those who prefer to cook outside we have a large Weber gas B-Q/grill with a side burner which is also located under the fan cooled Lanai overlooking the flood lite pool and golf course. The pool area has a screen enclosure to prevent any uninvited flying interlopers. The good size HEATED pool will keep the children entertained for hours. Just sit and watch the Golfers make there way down the 7th fairway. Close enough to see and be entertained but certainly not too close to be an inconvenience or intrusion.
