The ceiling in our bathroom fell out at 11:30 pm when we were sleeping. Maintenance had to come into our room to fix until after midnight. We also had to wait over an hour for towels to be brought to our room. I had to make 3 calls to remind them while we waited. We’ve stayed here before but very disappointed. Their comment for the ceiling falling out and coming into our room during the night was we are very sorry that happened. They didn’t offer any sort of reimbursement for our inconvenience and being woke up in the middle of the night. Very disappointing for the hotel Victor to treat their guess this way.
