"We stayed for two nights before we left for an Alaskan cruise. The Bear cabin was wonderful. We arrived to a fridge stocked with enough for us to make ourselves two gourmet breakfasts. Unfortunately, we had to leave extremely early the first morning to go ice climbing, but to our great delight, there was oatmeal and fruit available for a quick breakfast. "This home was larger than we thought it looked online, an older home but cozy. We had an extended stay and had no problems fully living life in here. Really is dog friendly. We and our dog were endlessly entertained by the local dogs which were insanely friendly. A nice safe area for walking with amazing views of mountains. Loved the drive, and Hatcher Pass and Government Peak are minutes away."
