  • This is a beautiful luxury Villa on Son Gual , only to 15 minutes to Palma. It has a private pool 14 metres long x 7metres large and a big BBQ. With a park with swings for children. Big gym with jacuzzi for 4 people. Large games room with pool table, foosball, ping pong, darts and various board games. Internet Wifi. A short walk from the Golf Course ' Son Gual ' 500 . At the entry and the interior is decorated with supreme furniture and original paintings. This is a magnificent New Villa, built in Great Style, with 9.000m of field, and 3.000m private gardens, in a nice area of Mallorca. Ideal for a comfortable relaxing holiday with family and friends. Lounge has a large flat screen TV, satellite TV and DVD. This elegant villa has 450 m² built . Consists of basement, ground floor and first floor. Addition is 44 m². of covered terraces and 160 meters terraces discovered, all built on a landscaped plot of 3000 m². Air conditioning in all bedrooms and rooms, underfloor heating throughout the house, with the inverter heaters for cooler months. Fitness centre with spa for 4 people, 4 car parking, Italian porcelain floors...
    Ground floor: Entrance with elegant marble staircase to upstairs dining room of 40 M2, kitchen of 30m ². Complete furnished and all equipped. Laundry room and equipped courtesy.

We had a lovely stay, the pictures don’t do it justice. The views out the back of the airport were beautiful and were an addition to our stay rather than a distraction. Once the area gets fully developed and local amenities grow, it will be the perfect holiday location!

Outstanding villa great location

This was our first family villa rental and it did not disappoint us our ages were 4years to 66 years and there was something for all the views were excellent the brochure pictures dont tell the whole story you need to see this villa with your own eyes we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again

Absolutely fantastic villa, the photos really do not do it justice. A completely relaxing stay - and easily accommodates 10 persons. Ideal for all ages with lots to do with all the activities available. Views are superb. Hosts went above and beyond for a few requests we had. The villa was well equipped for all ages.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Urlaub. Gesamtpaket des Hauses war überragend: Von der Sauberkeit bis zu Minigolfplatz, Fußball-/Volleyballfeld, Fitnessraum und ein hervorragender Pool war alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Vermieterin Petra und ihre Familie super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Family holiday in May 2023

The photos on website looked absolutely wonderful but when we arrived at the beautiful villa, it exceeded all of our expectations. Petra had provided us with food and drink for dinner and breakfast, as we had arrived at villa quite late, which was extremely kind of her. Any contact we made with Humi during our stay was answered immediately. We had 3 generations of our family staying at the villa and everyone has a truly fantastic time

Absolutely Perfect

The property takes your breath away. The pictures on the listing are good, but in reality the property is simply stunning. Everything has been thought of. Every one of our guests were in love with the house and were sad to leave. Petra and Humi were great. Golf course 15 mins walk away does amazing food and staff are really nice too!

Es war alles exakt so wie in dem Inserat beschrieben, nur noch besser. Die Bilder geben leider nicht die komplette Schöhnheit dieser Finca wieder. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! Achja die Lage in Son Gual fanden wir perfekt. Wonderful Group Friends Holiday

The villa, it's grounds, views and facilities are superb! To echo other guests comments, the pictures really don't do it justice. It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen department, towels, loo rolls, cleaning materials. We enjoyed many a evening cooking large dinner's, bbq's etc whilst watching the sun go down over Palma/mountains/sea. We had 1 small 2 year old who was entertained with the football pitch, swings and pond life. Extremely good value for money, would recommend more so for family with kids or groups that are not bothered about being in a remote location as everything is a drive away.

An amazing place to stay!

We were met at the Villa by the owner, who walked us through the house and grounds and explained how everything worked and what facilities were available. The Villa was really well equipped, very clean and decorated beautifully. We had a very comfortable stay and the house and grounds were serviced in the middle of our two week holiday. The outdoor space was very useable and spacious, with shaded areas and plenty of seating/loungers. Pool was lovely. Easily accommodated all 10 people. The location was a little remote, so was quiet (which was a plus) but meant that we travelled out each day for shopping / restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend own transport if staying there. All in all, a peaceful and relaxing stay in a wonderful home and gardens - would highly recommend!

Perfection!

Our first Villa holiday and certainly not our last. The Villa is an absolute 10/10. Beautiful, spacious, unrivalled views, quiet and secluded. Only 15mins from the beach, airport and Palma. Place was spotless. Outdoor area has enough space for 20 people! We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is tucked away in the hills so you won’t have any external noise or traffic. The only slight negative on this is that we couldn’t get any taxis in this area or food delivered after our hire car had a flat tyre on the first day. But that was just an unlucky experience! Beautiful and we will definitely be coming back here again!

Amazing property with fabulous views

We were a family of 3 generations, ranging in age from 68 to 7 years old. A group of 9 people in total who loved every moment of our stay. We have visited Majorca several times in the past but not ever staying in the Palma area of the Island, so to be so close to the city was a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Villa has amazing views with a lovely sunset to be admired every night. Just 15 mins away from Palma gives you the best of both worlds, the close proximity to enjoy the culture of the island and the quiet area of the Villa to be able to hide away and watch the world go by from the hill top. Petra and team were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and catered to our every need, the Villa stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom essentials was a lovely touch so you have more time to enjoy your holiday. We would highly recommend this Villa.

The most beautiful villa we could have hoped for

The villa is beautiful. Every room is exquisite and no expense spared. Petra and her family are warm and welcoming and really want you to enjoy your holiday. They are on call should you have any concerns. We never tired of the view and loved the thought of life going on outside our oasis of calm. The only downside which had nothing to do with the villa was the mosquitoes 😫. It stopped us sitting out in the evening. If they could net a section of the terrace so you were always protected (like they tend to do in Florida) then this place would be perfect! All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Gut für Gruppen bis 10 P

War alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.....wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Betten und Matratzen waren von guter Qualität. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für eine Woche Selbstversorgung benötigt. Wer sich hier über "Flugzeuggeräusche" einfliegender Maschinen beschwert, sollte sich dessen eigentlich bewusst sein bei der geografischen Nähe zum Flughafen (15 Minuten mit Auto entfernt). Zudem sind abends die Geräusche von Grillen und Fröschen am Teich lautstarker als die weit entfernten Fluggeräusche. Uns selbst hat das nicht gestört. Bei der "Sonnenbäckerei" bei Arenal lassen sich gut Brötchen per whatsapp bei der deutschen Inhaberin vorbestellen, und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch alle in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Hut gefallen hat uns die abgelegene Lage am Ortsrand von Son Gual, ohne dichte Nachbarbebauung, mit dem weiten Ausblick auf Palma. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall Voraussetzung zum Pendeln und Einkaufen. Wir waren eine Truppe von 10 Personen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Tarumhafte Finca

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier total genossen. VorBeginn der Reise haben wir immer gesagt..." wenn es nur halb so schön ist, wie auf den Bildern, wird es toll"... Es war tatsächlich besser, als auf den Bildern! Dieses Haus ist einfach ein Luxushaus! Der Empfang der Eigentümerin und der Angestellten war schon herzlich. Der Kühlschrank mit Getränken bestückt, einen traditionellen Kuchen und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk....das ist durchaus nicht üblich. Das Haus hat alles was man bei durchwachsenem Wetter benötigt. Wohnräume, Schlafräume, Badezimmer, Fitnessraum, Küche.....alles perfekt und mit jedem benötigtem Detail bestückt. Die Außenanlagen in einem super gepflegten Zustand. Einen Seitenhieb auf Kommentare zum "Fluglärm" kann ich mir an dieser Stelle nicht verkneifen:-) Als wir die Kritik im Vorfeld gelesen haben, haben wir schon geschmunzelt...Was erwarten die Leute, wenn die Finca 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt ist? Uns hat es nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, die Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse vom Berg aus auf die Lichter von Palma waren traumhaft. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder. Bleibt alle gesund und bis bald!

Tolle Unterkunft für größere Gruppen

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Humi und Petra verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus hält, was es verspricht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation vorab und vor Ort lief super. Das Haus war sauber, super gepflegt und ist geschmackvoll sowie hochwertig eingerichtet. Einzig der fehlende Insektenschutz an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer hat uns einige Schnaken beschert. Auch der Außenbereich ist toll angelegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus liegt sehr ablegen, was uns gefallen hat. Allerdings gibt es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant in der näheren Umgebung, ansonsten ist alles ca. 20-30 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg, der Blick Richtung Palma ist toll! Man sieht und hört die ankommenden und abfliegenden Flugzeuge, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt und wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter. Gerade für größere Gruppen ist es perfekt, da es 5 Schlafzimmer (1 im UG, 1 im EG, 3 im OG) jeweils mit angrenzendem Bad gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
