This beautiful Biltmore Condo is a 3rd floor unit with views of West and North Palm Springs. It has been updated and is with in walking distance to restaurants, Coffee Shops & Grocery Store.

Located in the South end of Palm Springs putting you in easy access to all the valley attractions. The Biltmore complex has many fabulous pools, spas, outdoor lounge areas, and BBQ areas. This unit has a nice shaded outdoor private patio that is quiet and peaceful and on the 3rd floor. Fully stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay, just bring your clothes and personal items. Just steps to the pool and spa.

Great Home Base to Explore Palm Springs

Two comfortable bedrooms at either end of the condo make it easy for two couples to share the space. The kitchen, while small, is well equipped and there’s a great view of the mountains from the dining table. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub area, the residents we met there were very friendly. Grady was an excellent host.

Beautiful Biltmore

By far the most well equipped kitchen in a VRBO that we've ever experienced. Appreciated the storage for grocery items as well. Comfortable beds, with oodles of towels and linens. Excellent location, with quick access to hiking, cycling, and neighbourhood walks in gorgeous Deep Well. The super friendly owners / renters create a community feel, making this condo a home away from home. Grady (property manager) met us upon arrival to show us around, and was quick to respond to questions during our stay. Loved it so much we are booked for next year!

Home was comfortable, well decorated with anything and everything a guest could want. Absolutely love the community. They are warm and welcoming. Lots of happy hours around the pool. A Great Month in the Sun

The condo is perfect for two people and the occasional guest. Everything you could want in a Palm Springs condo is here......and the view from the deck is amazing. The beds are firm and the showers are designed for someone under 5'10" but the quality of everything else more than overcomes those minor issues. The residents at the pool are very friendly.

Great View and Location

I enjoyed my six week stay in this condo. It was as described, and the kitchen was especially well stocked with everything I needed. The view of the mountains from the balcony was wonderful. The pool, hot tub, and grounds were very well maintained. Grady, the manager, was very helpful and responsive both before and during my stay. I really appreciated that he met me upon my arrival, even though my flight was delayed three hours. One area that could be improved upon is that the shower in the bathroom off the main bedroom needs to be updated. But overall I was very satisfied with the condo, and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic views, location and property

A friend and I booked this property for March without any reviews. The space was exactly as it appeared in photos. Really enjoyed waking up to the mountain views, birds, working from the patio and can't beat the pool area. A short walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and only a 10 min drive or Uber into downtown Palm Springs - this was the perfect location for us. We met several residents and visitors during our stay and all were friendly and welcoming. Grady (property manager) was the best and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, space and manager

Took a gamble as this was a two month stay and there were no reviews. But the property manager, Grady, had stellar reviews elsewhere and it all worked out: In fact,, I extended another month and half. Favorite things: about the condo: the views from the outdoor deck, the daily visits from hummingbirds and the beautifully landscaped pool area. Plus: Grady is the best !!
