Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7.

Pool/Spa Heating:
There is a fee for the heating of the pool and jacuzzi. Please see detailed pricing below

- December - March: $85/day
- April - June: $65/day
- July - September: $0/day
- October - November: $65/day

-Once paid, pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your desired date and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM on the succeeding dates desired, which would be perfectly warm through the night

Our home has two security cameras. The cameras monitor the front entrance of the house and the driveway,

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.



During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

Please note that pool cleaners come every Monday and Thursday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Monday, so please don't be alarmed if you see them during your stay.

The City of Palm Springs has very strict rules for vacation rental properties, and we abide by all of them:

Noise:
○ Palm Springs noise ordinance is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
○ Music cannot be played outside in vacation rental properties at any time. (This includes playing music inside the house that can be heard outside.)
○ The first infringement is a $500 fine, resulting in immediate eviction with no refunds.

Occupancy:
○ The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 8 guests and 4 vehicles.
○ The maximum number of daytime guests is limited to 12 guests.

Good Neighbor:
○ Upon arrival, all guests must sign an acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor brochure. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs.
○ Breaking any of the above rules, whether you receive a citation or not, will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.

Pet Fee:
○ Your pet cleaning fee covers up to 2 pets.

○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit, which is due within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
