This Spacious 4 bedroom (2 master suites), 3 bath, newly remodeled kitchen, new furniture, pool, outdoor bbq area, jacuzzi, fire pit and championship ping pong table is the **Perfect** vacation home. This modern home & its amazing landscaping & amenities is close to all of the fun, PS airport and numerous golf courses. A perfect place to relax & gather with friends.



There are 2 spacious master bedrooms w/ king beds. Each with en-suite bathrooms and sliders out to the pool area. 2 additional bedrooms w/ queen beds share a hallway bathroom.



The backyard is best left up to the pictures. It's complete with outdoor BBQ/Bar, covered lounge area, and even real grass.



Pool Heat

Pool heat is an additonal charge of $75 per day.  Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 



Additional policies & rules

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am

-No smoking inside home

-Renter must be 25+

-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid
