Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire house. Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the large driveway for a maximum of 3 cars. Street parking is also available. For your added convenience, we have a free Tesla EV charger.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers multiple laptop-friendly work surfaces, plus free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib + high chair, upon request.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy. However, if you need to bring a service dog, please inquire before booking and there will be a pet fee of $150 per stay do to mandatory cleaning due to severe pet allergies of the owner.

Other Things to Note:

✹ Experience a personal touch with a host welcome, where we’ll get you acquainted with the home and given a unique door code for security.

✹ Pool heating is available for an additional fee. First day is $150, then $75 a day thereafter. This must be coordinated in advance.

✹ The home is equipped with water filtration and hard water treatment.
