All three bedrooms are designed to ensure comfort and relaxation, with large clearstory windows offering incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

o Ensuite bathroom in Bedroom #1 with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

o Full guest bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with original skylight feature.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and street parking for 2 vehicles.

• There will be a vehicle parked on-site at all times. The car belongs to the homeowner and will remain in place, typically under the carport, even when the home is being rented.

• Please note, guests are responsible for any accidental damage to the parked vehicle during your stay, though we don’t anticipate any issues.

• Additional fee(s):

• We do recommend pool heat between October through May. There is a $100 (plus tax) per night charge for opting into pool heat and hot tub. Hot tub only is $50/night. If opted in, the pool heat charge will be assessed for the entire duration of your stay. To pay the additional fee, please contact our Customer Care team at least 48-hours before arrival to allow for adequate time to heat the pool.

• For stays of 29 nights or more, a $1,500 monthly utility deposit is required and collected separately from the total booking charges. This deposit covers gas, electricity, water, and pool heating. Any unused portion will be refunded to the guest upon checkout. In the event of utility overages, the guest will be responsible for the additional cost.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located above the front gate and actively monitoring the entry, (2) located above the front door and actively monitoring the entrance.

A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
