Brimming with modern fixtures, features, and furnishings throughout, and designed with the Palm Spring indoor/outdoor desert lifestyle in mind, this incredible vacation rental still retains much of its original mid-century modern charm. Inside this open and airy home, you'll find spacious and inviting interior spaces, walls of glass, and updated amenities to ensure the ultimate comfort for you and your guests. The well-equipped, gourmet island kitchen is equipped with almost every conceivable appliance and utensil to help make cooking at home a breeze. Take advantage of the top-of-the-line appliances here including a 48' refrigerator, two dishwashers, a six-burner stove with a griddle, a stove-top pot filler, and a wine cooler. The great room boasts two living areas surrounding a massive stone fireplace as the centerpiece.

    Step outside to the sparkling saline pool and pool spa featuring covered, shaded areas, three outdoor dining tables, a stainless steel grill, beautiful gardens, and a large grassy area for the kids and the family dogs to enjoy, all within view of the surrounding mountains. Our group of 10 loved this place. It was beautiful inside and out and was in a great location. We had to pay to heat the hot tub every time (165?) which was our only complaint. Kitchen is very well equipped and everyone loves their bedrooms. Ali stunning mountain and palm views. We would happily return.

We had a great stay with friends in the house. It was perfect for a large group of couples. Lots of rooms all with access to the outside pool area.

This house and service was great. I’ve stayed at many homes in the area and this one is in the perfect location, has a great layout for a group, had easy check in and check out…just awesome. We will be booking this house again.

Great property and location - love the wall to ceiling window facing the pool, patio and yard. The kitchen area easily accommodates 12 adults for a social gathering

Palm Springs Perfection

Loved the space this home provides both inside and out. It is beautifully appointed, yet very comfortable for a family gathering like we had. It offers one of the best equipped kitchens I have stayed in at a rental home. Also loved that the home was immaculate upon our arrival, which is always the best welcome.

The house was so spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The kitchen has everything we needed… it’s not easy making 11 people happy enough to want to come back but this house accomplished it.

Todd and Alexis were extremely responsive to all of my questions. The property is stunning, everyone had their own room and bathroom, and the pool was very nice. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. We had a private chef cook dinner for us and he had no complaints whatsoever. All in all, it was a very special weekend for our family and we would definitely stay here again.

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful stay at the house. There was plenty of room for all of our family member. Pool and yard were excellent. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Host was prompt to answer any questions we had.

Dream House

This house is a true mid-century dream, and was perfect for our group of nine adults. Spacious with lots of privacy, the kitchen had everything we could have needed and more, and the neighborhood and location were perfect for daily walks and quick errands. The saline pool and mountain view were the cherry on top. The photos do not do this place justice, hope to stay here again.

Midcentury Paradise

The house was lovely. Tons of room for our group of 11 to spread out. Pool and hot tub were great especially with the views of the mountain. Close to town and airport via car. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and when we didn't have a coffee grinder they delivered one within the hour. Also we were there during citrus season and they had an orange, lemon and grapefruit tree that were delicious.

Second times a charm!

This is the second time my family rented this home for Thanksgiving week! It’s a beautiful mid century home with all the amenities you will ever need!! We are big foodies so a properly stocked kitchen is a must and this place has everything you will need!! Beautiful, clean and historic you won’t be disappointed with this stay!!! Thank you for another great memory!!

Great for a Girls Trip

The home was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. We all had a place to sit at the counter, dining room, in the living room and around the pool. The kitchen was large enough for us all to be preparing food together! We loved the pool and the spa. All the rooms were just right for our group. The grocery store is within a mile. Downtown was super close, as well as the airport. Would recommend this property to others!
