Another fantastic stay! I think this was our 4th visit and I cannot say enough about the home and the hospitality! Steve was great at check-in…the inhome chef referral was perfection ….and the house itself is my favorite place to stay. Thank you for such an amazing kitchen!!!!!

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home! Check in and check out were very easy; they were very accommodating of our schedule and needs. Any time we needed anything or had a question, both Steve and April were very helpful, easy to reach and quick to respond. The house is very well appointed and perfectly clean. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Other than grocery shopping, we didn't leave the house the entire long weekend. Did some BBQ-ing at the fantastic setup by the pool. Spent our time at/in the pool, playing the many board games in the house and watching selections from the large DVD collection. If you're traveling with a baby or toddler, I did see a high chair, baby pool float, some toys and a pack 'n play type crib. There are some children's books and board games for all ages. The casita is a great place to put baby/kids down for a nap and still be able to enjoy the whole house without having to be quiet. It has it's own bathroom, mini kitchen and living room with TV so it's also great for maybe an older family member who wants a bit more privacy. One of the most important things in a rental home for me is the sleeping conditions, because what good is a vacation if you can't get a good night's sleep?! I'm happy to report that the beds are very comfortable, the pillows are great and the bedrooms had ceiling fans & got nice and dark!We would happily stay in this home again & probably will! Thanks April & Steve

Golf & Swim Fun!

Very spacious. Fab location close to our favorite golf course, Indian Canyons. Great outdoor space with nice pool & hot tub, outdoor kitchen & fire pits. Main indoor space echoes & not ideal for talking & tv. Kitchen large, but not conveniently organized. Not enough pantry space for a week stay & Thanksgiving food. Second frig would help. Nonetheless, everyone had a blast!

A wonderful 5 week vacation

My wife and I spent 5 weeks at this wonderful property and hosted family and friends for much of the stay. The home was beautiful, well maintained with spacious rooms, living area and pool deck. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year!

Awesome Stay

There was three (3) couples from the east coast and we just needed a few days away from the snow. This was a wonderful place, the pictures don't do it justice. We will come back and stay at this location again.

Family Christmas in Palm Springs

The entire experience was exceptional. The agent provided prompt responses to all my questions prior to arrival. Upon arriving, I was met by Steve, and he provided a thorough walk through of the property. The house was wonderful, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were first rate. The casita was perfect for my son, daughter in law, and 9 month grandson. It provided a more quiet spot for naps. Location was close to hiking and shopping. The roof top deck, pool, and outdoor kitchen all served as great cocktail locations. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely the best house

This is our 2nd time renting this glorious home! Everything was perfect...we love to cook, and this is the most well stocked kitchen...its better than our own home! Steve is great...home is super clean...perfectly located in a wonderful neighborhood. I want to live here! :) I think I may have said the same thing in my first visit review!

Great Place, Great Stay

We had a guys weekend here over Labor Day and were very pleased with our experience. Steve met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the home. He was available by text message the entire time (we just had one question about the internet and he got right back to us). The kitchen was particularly nice - had everything you could want and more in it, and the outdoor kitchen was equally impressive. All the rooms were very comfortable, the pool was great, the overall layout was well-spaced with plenty of areas to sit, chat and eat. Would definitely recommend and go back again in the future.

Perfect home for our family

House was great. We have rented 3 homes in PS and this was the best by far. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Main part of the house was large and open. Great place to hang out with the family. The casita is perfect for in-laws or someone needing more privacy. The rooftop deck on the casita is unique for a PS home and has great views of the mountains. All of the bedrooms were large with private baths and comfortable beds. Easy 15 minute walk to hiking trails which we hiked every day. We did not use the 4 bikes but that was an unexpected bonus. Pool and hot tub were both sizeable and there was an unending supply of towels. The kitchen was extremely well furnished as others have mentioned and all furniture and appliances were in great shape. Will definitely rent again next time in Palm Springs. If I lived there, this is a house I would buy for sure.

Thanksgiving holiday

Overall this is a great property....bedrooms are large and comfortable, pool area/jacuzzi are awesome, amenities are very nice, kitchen is well-appointed. A few negatives.... the firepit on the top of the casita did not work, cable TV/ROKU was very difficult to program for live TV, no lighting at the front gate when trying to enter after dark.
