Perched above the living room fireplace, Nancy Sinatra invites you to enter a world of fun, sun, and old Hollywood. Whether you are enjoying cocktails on the mod furniture, watching a movie on the 46” flat screen TV, or sipping coffee while looking out at the golf course – each moment will take you away and leave you with memories you’ll long to recreate again.

The fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and wine cooler has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends.

The primary suite will pamper you with a California king bed, high-quality linens, geometric wallpaper, 46” flat screen TV, and blackout shades. The en-suite includes a double shower with custom glass and tile, with both rain and hand-held shower heads, double vanity, high-end fixtures, and a large walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom is equally as fabulous with a Cal king bed, ceiling fan, and direct western mountain views. This room has its own guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a door to the outside yard. There is also a second guest bathroom with a walk-in shower on the other end of the home with easy pool access.

This home truly boasts every amenity and detail necessary to make your Palm Springs vacation memorable for years to come. The sparkling pool and spa, meticulously landscaped grounds, mature palm and citrus trees, and incredible Indian Canyons location add up to sun-drenched perfection. RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book, and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.

Beautiful mountain views!

We have rented homes in the Indian Canyon and Twin Palms neighborhoods many times over the last 10 years and really enjoy the area. This home is a typical mid-century modern home for that area, and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains (I took a photo of the sunrise almost every day). The home is spacious and nicely furnished with very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The master bedroom is especially nice, with a large ensuite and walk-in closet, with patio doors out to the backyard. The kitchen quite functional and well stocked with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The living and dining room area opens up to the backyard through large patio doors. The deck and pool area are very nice, as is the hot tub. Watch out for the occasional golf ball as the house is about halfway down the 8th fairway on the Indian Canyon North golf course, so golf balls do find their way into the backyard on a fairly regular basis. Even though the house next door is being renovated, which we were warned of before booking, we found that there were only a few days out of a month that it actually was a disturbance which prevented us from using the backyard. It does, however, result in quite a bit of dust in the backyard which has to be cleaned on a regular basis. Lars, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive.

A few things

Overall my stay was just "okay". This is due mostly to the fact that upon arrival the pool and spa lights were not working so i was not able to use them for the first of my three nights. No one answered my phone call or email that evening so that was frustrating after the long road trip. You may think this is a small thing in the overall scope of the home but it is NOT to me. I specifically requested a temperature for the spa because i planned on spending all three evenings in the spa so you knew the spa was important to me. Myself and my partner were not able to use the pool or spa for the first night so we basically were cheated out of one third of our weekend vacation. Apart from losing the first night in the pool and spa , one of the outside umbrellas is completely broken and fell over when i began to open it, we found white stones in the bottom of the pool, outside landscape lights burned out, the outside wall sconces have an electrical short because they flash every few minutes, the roof is still covered in plastic and sand bags due to the heavy rains from the Winter, you should discard the chipped plates, the main bedroom box spring needs a fitted sheet, the drapery hardware in the main bedroom has tubes which are not secured so when you pull the drape the drapes and hardware fall. When you're paying thousands of dollars for a few hours at a home everything matters. Someone should throughly review this home before the next guest arrives.

Fabulously mid-century

The best part of this holiday was the attentiveness of the management company. Palm Springs went through a real cold snap while we were there and the on-call management did everything they could to make things go well during our stay. The house itself is fun and kitschy; just as we wanted. The neighborhood is fabulous. Our daughter LOVED the pool; deep enough to cannonball in to. It was a fantastic vacation.

Indian Canyon Gem

This is a wonderful home in a great location, perfect for one or two couples who want to spend time in the Palm Springs area. We stayed just over a month and could have easily stayed longer. An especially great master bedroom/bath/closet combo. The Altamira staff was attentive and responsive throughout; they are very competent property managers. It was a very pleasant stay.

Peaceful Stay

Breath-taking is a great term for this property. My wife said it was so beautiful she felt compelled to cook in this home rather than dine out. I'd stay here again and again. A quiet neighborhood, very private pool, immaculately clean, very responsive property manager, help with any questions or needs.

One of the best house rentals my family has experienced

The attention to detail from Altamira was phenomenal. Very responsive and clear instructions. There service is top notch. The house was amazing, very well stocked, and the fact my pick truck can fit in the garage as well as having access to the garage was a game changer for us. Pet friendly and our small pups loved the backyard. My family and I spent a week there and absolutely loved the house, pool and neighborhood. Don’t second guess this house it’s better than the pictures. Thank you Lars and Altamira!

Mid Century - middle of the road

Overall it is just ok - nothing really misleading about the listing. It is a mid-century home and has some mid-century quirks. On the bright side the bathrooms are largely updated, clean and comfortable. The beds were a little hard for my taste. The living room furniture is fine, but the rug in there stunk - we had to roll it up and put it away. Told the management company when we checked in and they didn't seem to care. All of our other interactions with the management company were great. Location is good and has easy access to downtown Palm Springs and local spots like Koffi are walking (a bit long) distance. Pool and spa worked great and with it being east facing you get morning/early afternoon sun. Overall a solid place.

Séjour fabuleux !

Notre séjour s'est passé à merveilles. La maison est conforme aux photos et descriptions. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le linge de maison (torchons, serviettes de douche et serviettes pour la piscine) est en quantité suffisante. L'extérieur est parfait et le fonctionnement du barbecue est très simple. La piscine et le spa sont idéaux. Rien à redire sur la propreté de la maison et des extérieurs qui était optimale. A notre arrivée, l'agent immobilier nous a reçu très gentillement et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du spa et de la piscine ainsi que les règles de vie générales imposées par la ville de Palm Springs (et qui sont parfaites pour toute personne souhaitant se reposer, ce qui était notre cas) et à répondu à toutes nos questions. De toute facon, la maison dispose d'un "house book" dans lequel est indiqué et expliqué tout ce qu'il y a à savoir sur la maison. La maison est très bien située, le quartier d'Indian Canyon est très agréable et très calme. La maison se trouve le long du golf mais celui-ci n'étant pas du tout fréquenté pendant notre séjour, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les balles pouvant atterrir dans le jardin ou la piscine. Nous espérons revenir lors d'un prochain voyage sur Palm Springs et, sans aucunes hésitations, nous relouerons cette maison où tout est fait pour que ses occupants y passent un séjour fabuleux !
