This home boasts an open floor plan, high ceilings, tile floors throughout, and a chef's kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Outdoors, you can soak up the desert sunshine in your private pool, wind down your day in the attached spa, and gather with loved ones by the firepit or around the barbecue island.

    WHAT'S NEARBY
    The heart of downtown Palm Springs is only two miles south, offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and legendary nightlife. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is five miles west, allowing you to reach the top of Mt. San Jacinto for a hike and breathtaking views of the surrounding Coachella Valley. You can also try your luck at the Spa Resort Casino, just two miles down the road.

Perfect First Palm Springs Stay

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in April, and our son, his wife and son were able to join us for two days and two nights. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the convenient location. It's in a quiet neighborhood but within 10 minutes of all the popular restaurants and shops.

The property was wonderful, if I were to stay again I would certainly ask the temperature of the pool. I did not want to pay to heat if it were a temperature that was acceptable to our family. I should have paid to have it heated! We also cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen was not stocked well at all with silverware and glasses, that was disappointing! The space was great, it could a fresh coat of paint on the inside and a new front door finish!

Great Stay

We stayed a week here. The home was clean, organized and had everything we needed to stay and do our sightseeing. The fireplace and fire pit were especially nice to have. I'd recommend anyone to stay here. Really good location.

The house was super clean and much bigger than anticipated. It was a lovely home. The one downside was that the pool was dirty. There were a ton of leaves and debris in the pool (which is normal with winds) but the pool skimmer was broken so we couldn’t clean it out. O

Good size for family of four. Good location. Wish it wasn't so expensive to heat the pool and it was too cold to use. Check in was a little confusing with cars and such, but overall, it was good stay. Would recommend.

Palm Springs - yes, super hot in August.

This house was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, the pool is lovely, location great. In a quiet neighborhood (except very close to airport and directly under flight path). Could not hear airplanes while inside. Beds aren’t terribly comfortable, but it was fine. Kitchen well equipped. Would stay again.
