Your own landscaped garden courtyard is fully-furnished for lounging and dining among lush landscaping. Grill your meals on your private natural gas BBQ Grill, then dine al fresco. Enjoy a dip in your heated pool, then venture out to the beautifully landscaped community grounds where you will find a large heated pool and spa among the well maintained grounds. (The private backyard has a pool, but does not have a spa/hot tub.) Guests are responsible for actual gas and electric utility usage during their stay, including pool heating usage. An advance (partially refundable) utility deposit will be required ranging from $500-$1000/month depending on season and pool heating plans.



OPEN FLOOR PLAN



The first floor offers a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, 70" Smart TV, dining for 6, gourmet kitchen, and one bedroom/bathroom, laundry room and direct garage access. The open concept great room has dramatic two story vaulted ceilings, a large ceiling fan, and ample natural light. It flows gracefully to the outdoors through large glass french doors. The adjacent gourmet kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, ample granite counters and cabinets. You'll find everything you need to easily prepare a midnight snack or a holiday feast.



THREE DELUXE BEDROOMS AND THREE BATHROOMS



This townhome features good separation of bedrooms and, best of all, each bedroom has a bathroom of their own. Upstairs you'll find a loft-style desk/work area with excellent natural light. Two primary suites occupy opposite sides of this floor with new luxurious king mattresses and en suite bathrooms, one with a large tiled shower and the other with shower over tub. Plantation shutters ensure you get to sleep as long as you want, and ample closets and dressers give your clothes the space they deserve. Smart TVs let you stream your favorite shows before you call it a night. A third bedroom with twin day bed is perfect for the additional guest. There's a full bathroom with shower located nearby on the main floor.



SOUGHT AFTER CENTRALLY LOCATED COMMUNITY



An easy 1 mile walk from the heart of Downtown Palm Springs, and behind the secure gates of Terra Vita, lies a newer community of well cared for homes. Within this community, Villa Chic is unique for having a private pool as well as its own BBQ in the backyard, but if you're feeling social and/or desire a larger heated pool for more exercise, there's a large shared community pool, spa, and additional BBQ stations as well.



STATE OF THE ART SMART HOME



There's Solar on the roof and an EV charger in the garage. The Tesla battery will make sure your internet and refrigerator keep going in the event of a rare power outage. And an app on your smart phone will make it easy to control the house thermostat and pool..

Digital Nomads will appreciate the Fast Internet Service that even reaches out to your backard.



Up to 2 well-behaved, pre-approved dogs are welcome with $150 per Dog Fee. Sorry, but no Cats allowed.



The rental rate you see includes weekly pool cleaning and gardening service, as well as natural gas and electric utility costs for everything EXCEPT Pool Heating. If you require Pool Heating (not really needed from May through September) we will need to charge a Pool Heating Fee of $500-1000/month. The amount will depend on how warm you wish to have the pool as well as the time of year.) The community pool and spa are heated to appropriate temperatures (except during the Summer).
