Our co-host can be available for anything you need, and will greet you in person or via FaceTime upon your arrival.

This home is set up for self check-in. You will be greeted with everything you need to relax and unwind.

We are available as needed but you will be left to enjoy this space as if it is your own during your stay.

Enjoy Palm Springs living!

No more than 8 adult guests plus 2 kids 12 or under. A maximum of 4 cars may be parked at this home at any time during your stay.

NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or otherwise and all music must be contained within the home cannot be heard from outside.

All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.

Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your visit.

Mid stay cleanings are required a minimum of every 14 days for 28+ night stays at a rate of $475 per cleaning. This includes a full linen turn over and amenities refresh.

The booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated.
