Luxurious modern home with gorgeous mountain views. Private yard with a free-form pool and integrated waterfall spa. The contemporary open-concept floor plan includes two master suites and a guest room.
Modern luxury meets contemporary style in this spectacular Executive Villa. This impressive single-family home has a private pool yard with gorgeous mountain views. The focus here is on easy living in the sunshine.
Optional pool and spa heating are $75/night or spa only heating is $30/night
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds, Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refund.
Optional pool and spa heating are $75/night or spa only heating is $30/night

The entire home and pool area were excellent, and we enjoyed it all very much. Host was very responsive when the pool lights did not work the first night. I only wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the pool (and firepit) even more.

The house and pool was as advertised and perfect for my family of six. It was roomy with different gathering spaces. Spent a good deal of time in the pool/hot tub and at the fire pit. Cooked Thanksgiving in the kitchen with no problems. Very impressed with the ease of communication with the property managers. Definitely would stay there again.

Great week

We had a great stay at this property. The house was spacious and had everything we could need. It’s very close to everything Palm Springs has to offer. Check in and communication with property manager Jeremy was easy. The bathroom and walk in closet in the primary was amazing! We had teens with us who loved the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area and I would certainly return.

Great Property

Long weekend getaway. House is clean, well decorated and comfortable. Interior layout is spacious and well furnished. Outdoor space and pool/hot tub is excellent and garage parking a bonus given the Palm Springs heat! Only drawback is this is under the PS airport flight path. I love planes, but it’s a bit noisy during the day. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Had a great time overall. House was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. I’d warn anyone visiting though, that this particular area is prone to high winds. Our first week there was wonderful, but the entire second week had extremely high winds that were quite unpleasant. Pool furniture flying, wind howling.

Terrific house, location, host

We are regular visitors to Coachella Valley and stay a month per visit. Our previous house was no longer available, and we selected this one - which turned out to be wonderful. We were there for the whole month of February, and would definitely return. Everything was as advertised. The pool and spa were in excellent condition, the house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, everything was "just like home". There is some occasional airplane sound, as the airport is relatively close by, but it is not obtrusive at all. Absolutely no negatives for this property!

Absolutely Stunning - The Perfect Place for a Celebration (and Beyond!)

We recently stayed at this incredible Desert Modern home to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful design and impeccable cleanliness. The house is truly immaculate, and the stylish furnishings made it feel both luxurious and comfortable.The house was well-stocked. We love to cook, and the kitchen was a dream – equipped with everything we could possibly need. We prepared several large meals, and it felt just like cooking at home, but with an even better view. :-) And, when we didn't want to cook, we found lots of great restaurants were just a 10-minute drive away.Beyond the house itself, the property managers were outstanding. They were incredibly responsive and were genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.This home provided the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion. It was spacious enough for our family to gather comfortably, and every detail was clearly thought of. I can't wait to book another stay. Highly, highly recommend!

Fabulous Property in Palm Springs

We had a multi-generational family holiday in this gem of a home. It was perfect! Comfortable, spacious (two primary suites) bedrooms, great living space to spend time together and gorgeous outdoor spaces. The photos do it justice! Gorgeous view of the mountains, easy access to downtown and other attractions like the tram. The property manager was a dream to communicated with and went out his way to ensure we were comfortable and settled in. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful 7 night getaway here. Everything is as advertised. The 2 master suites are perfect when traveling with friends. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is great. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The property manager always responded right away. 5 stars all around, will definitely return!

The house is accurately described the pool and outdoor seating. Areas were great. The interior was a perfect layout for relaxation. The crown jewel of the place are the two on suite bedrooms. . How many rentals have a 4‘ x 10‘ two showerhead, walk-in glass and stone enclosed Play area.? This does. Large walk in closets too. Would stay again. Also great communication from local property manager!

Long weekend with friends

The property was just as it appeared in the photos-tasteful, well thought out furnishings, comfortable beds, and lovely outdoor space. Perfect for 3 couples.. It was spotless when we arrived. Jeremy was easy to work with and very helpful. The only thing i would say is that we could have used a 2nd patio umbrella. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. responsive and easy to re respons

Enjoyed Our Stay

This home is just as presented in the listing. Its in a great location near downtown and the tramway. We loved the pool with the awesome view of the mountain. Our goal was to have a few days to relax as a family and unwind after 4 days of Disneyland and this home was perfect for that.
