Our beautiful, Alexander-style butterfly home was designed by famed architect William Krisel, and features clerestory windows that capture the sweeping, majestic mountain views and flood the home with natural light. The stylish interior has an open floor plan and includes all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The secluded & private backyard oasis really steals the show, with heated saltwater pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table, hammock, fire pit, & desert-inspired landscaping.

Our property is quintessential Palm Spring mid-century design, tastefully decorated with an ode to the style & sophistication of the era. The home is located in the sought-after Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

With an open concept, this 3-bedroom home has been updated with mid-century modern furnishings & fixtures (including some originals), along with updated appliances and many features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling with several windows, allowing for tons of natural light. It features a flat screen SmartTV, and plenty of comfortable seating for your group to relax and unwind in.

The living room opens to the dining area and spacious kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and plenty of Carrara marble countertop space for you to create that perfect meal. The living area has glass doors opening out to the backyard.

Our three bedrooms are inviting and equipped with comfy, high-end mattresses and SmartTVs for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The spacious primary bedroom contains a plush King-size bed, a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a SmartTV with cable channels. This bedroom has a sliding glass door, giving direct access to the backyard pergola & pool.

The two guest bedrooms feature Queen-size and full-size beds, with plenty of closet space, personal robes and blackout blinds. The rooms share the modern hall bathroom, which has a spacious walk-in shower.

The desert-inspired backyard is the crown gem, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, pergola, outdoor dining table and plenty of additional seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.

If you're lucky enough to be visiting during the cooler months, our clementine tree may be in full bloom, so please partake in picking some for your morning juice or to spruce up your mimosa.

Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary ultra fast WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs with cable in the living room & 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, carport parking, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom. There are a bunch of board games inside, and outside a variety of floating loungers and lawn games, including cornhole and outdoorJenga.

Our home is the ideal desert retreat, with nearby activities for all seasons. We hope you enjoy and make it your own special oasis!

You’re renting the entire house and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.

- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
-Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. Please utilize driveway parking before using street parking.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.

POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day.
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.

PETS
- Pets are allowed (2 pets max, under 25 lbs), with a fee of $100 per pet. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.

NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.

CLEANING
The final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Fund will be collected from guest as mid-stay cleanings occur.

INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note there are cameras at the front door, on the side of the house in the firepit area, and in the back yard facing the grassy area.

Exquisite house ! All renovated with great taste. It was ideal for a moms/daughters weekend getaway as we did Conveniently located close to downtown Beautiful and spacious backyard. All necessary amenities. Very clean. Very charming hosts and great communication. Highly recommend!
