"I had a wonderful time! It was so beautiful - everything was clean, the family staff is amazing, I loved the pool and the fruit trees and beautiful areas to sit. And the espresso machine was a lot of fun! It was also very safe and secure and easy for us to go in and out. Whenever I needed anything the staff was right on it as if they flew to my room! "There was a live (though sick) cockroach on the rug. One of the plugs in the bathroom for the coffee pot did not work, so I unplugged the hair dryer and used that plug. There was no work desk in the room. The check-in staff was very friendly, but the check-out lady in the morning did not ask how things were, invite me back, or offer a receipt."
