  • Quiet and comfortable desert getaway in a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse on a Golf Course. This Palm Springs corner unit offers a bright, open-concept layout with modern furnishings, new appliances, and elegant vaulted ceilings.
    Enjoy a spacious private patio with stunning mountain and golf course views. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, with easy access to pools, spa, and tennis courts. Perfect for a relaxing and stylish stay. City ID #4266

    Our townhouse is located in a quiet and intimate community, featuring 3 swimming pools, 4 spas, 2 tennis courts, and scenic ponds.
    The home offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room with individual temperature controls, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
    The living area features vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and beautiful golf course and mountain views. Relax with a 60” LG Smart TV, a brand-new sofa, and comfortable seating.
    The dining area includes a round glass table with seating for four, plus additional bar stools at the kitchen island. A wet bar and fully stocked bar alcove provide everything you need for entertaining.
    The modern, fully remodeled kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and a double-door fridge with ice dispenser. It is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, and more—all with views of the golf course.
    The master bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed, large closet, desk, ceiling fan, and a 50” Samsung TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious vanity area and walk-in shower.
    The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and ample storage. A separate guest bathroom also includes a walk-in shower.
    Additional amenities include a laundry area with extra linens, towels, and tennis equipment.
    Step outside to a large private patio with stunning mountain and golf course views, complete with lounge seating, dining table for six, and a natural gas grill.
    The property includes one assigned covered parking space, with additional free parking nearby.

The townhouse was in a pretty and quiet neighborhood with a nice view of a fairway from the patio. It was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed to enjoy a few days in Palm Springs. It’s close to downtown, golf, hiking, and many great restaurants.Giuseppe was a great host. We will return!

Fabulous dessert stay

Our family had a fabulous stay here. Quiet, clean, & comfortable…three very important things to us! Beautiful location and great access to everything—restaurants, hiking, golf, and the pools and tennis were great, too. Very nice neighbors, as well.

Wonderful Stay

The place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The communication with the owner was excellent and instructions and description of everything was very thorough. The location was excellent and the access to a pool was great! Highly recommend staying here.

First Visit to Palm Springs

We had a wonderful trip to Palm Springs and love the area. The place was close to advertised but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The location was convenient and has a patio outside to a golf course view.

Very relaxing!

Wonderful location and setting. Enjoyed the view of the beautiful mountains and golf course. So nice to have shade on the patio! Unit is well appointed and offers all you could need. Amazing how relaxed we felt during our visit. We can't wait to go back!

Just what we needed!

This what just what we needed to be in Palm Springs for our daughter's softball tournament. It is a comfortable home with everything you need to enjoy. It has a beautiful setting up against the golf coarse and mountain views. We enjoyed being able to BBQ and sit on the patio.

Our stay was quiet and relaxed. The neighbors were not intrusive, but very friendly and welcoming. Our condo was spacious and very comfortable. We all said we could live in a place like that. Perfect.
