Welcome to Havana House, a 1958 post & beam classic nestled in the coveted neighborhood of Little Beverly Hills, Palm Springs.

This luxurious, spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms, including 2 primary suites (unique!), plus a large backyard with a stunning 36-ft saltwater pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and big grassy area under uninterrupted mountain views. All of this, only a 5 minute drive from downtown. Whether for friends, family or romance, Havana House is your perfect getaway.

Located in the prestigious Little Beverly Hills neighborhood, Havana House sits on a quiet street with no thru-traffic, ensuring a peaceful stay. The property is ideally situated for exploring the vibrant Palm Springs area, with events like Coachella, Stagecoach, Joshua Tree Music Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival, Arthur Lyons Film Noir Festival, American Documentary Film Festival, Indio International Tamale Festival, Fashion Week El Paseo, Modernism Week, BNP Paribas Open and The Galleri Classic nearby.

Other popular sites to venture to include Downtown Palm Springs (tons of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops), the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (cable cars that take you to scenic mountain tops), Forever Marilyn (giant Marilyn Monroe statue), Palm Springs Art Museum, Palm Springs Air Museum, desert hot springs, Moorten Botanical Garden, Agua Caliente Casino, Morongo Casino, Offroad Rentals (ATV), Joshua Tree National Park, Cabazon Dinosaurs, Cabazon Outlets, and much more.

The house is a 2-minute drive from Palm Springs airport (but don't worry-- due to the neighborhood's strategic positioning, airplanes do not fly overhead or create any noise).

Additional Policies:
• Spa heating is included, and pool heating is available for an extra $175/night.
• Per city restrictions, the property houses a maximum of 8 adults plus 2 children aged 12 and under.
• There are three exterior security cameras in the front of the property plus three exterior cameras pointed at the pool equipment in the side alley (we guarantee your complete privacy!)
• We are pet-friendly with an additional $400 pet fee. You are responsible for any and all damages caused by your pet.

The house was perfect for 7 of us. The neighborhood was really nice and a short uber ride to downtown. The pool and outdoor area is amazing, we really enjoyed the pool during the day and relaxing in the backyard at night. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Palm Springs!

We stayed for about five weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had different friends and family come throughout the stay. The 4 bedeooms and 4 baths worked perfectly!The few questions we had and one issue with the pool were all taken care of immediately. Edan and Karen checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. We enjoyed the fruit trees throughout our stay - such an added bonus!Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great house for couples as there were 3 king beds with en-suite bathrooms, an additional bedroom and a full bath in the hall. The decor fit in perfectly with the Palm Springs modernist vibe and the pool and grounds were delightful. Perfect location—the house is 5-10 minutes from the airport and all the best restaurants in town and very accessible to great hiking

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. The only drawbacks were that we went home with a lot of dog hair on everything and also the city ordinance about no music at the pool.

The house was great, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We had 3 adults and three young kids. The pool is perfect, and the fruit trees are the cherry on top. Communication was great. Everything was as listed, we hope to stay here again.

Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed the 4 bedroom 4 bath Havana House! Easy checkin, well stocked kitchen, easy communication with the host. We planned to go out to dinner but we enjoyed the space so much that we never left! Can’t wait to come back!

Our extended family, 6 adults and 4 kids, had a fantastic and memorable experience at this home. Great location, near downtown Palm Springs, backyard surrounded by high hedges for complete privacy with view of the mountains, which provide shade at the end of the afternoon, great Baja shelf pool with umbrellas in the pool to keep you in the shade during the day, covered patio, floor to ceiling windows in living view with view of the pool, large refrigerator/freezer, huge washer dryer, tons of towels and wash cloths, deep tub in master, large tv in living room, shaded area to park 2 vehicles, plus roundabout driveway. Hosts purchased a pack n play in advance of our stay and provided great communication throughout. We loved our stay!

Overall, I would have to say everything was amazing. I even stayed an extra day. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to all questions I had. The property looked even more beautiful in person. This property is so relaxing and comfortable. My friends and I wanted a weekend trip to a very, very hot Palm Springs. The house is extremely clean and organized, the hosts were very gracious and responsive to our needs and requests, and the location was perfect for all the activities we had planned during our trip. I enjoyed this lovely home and the pool, it was a great trip!

The property was excellent could not fault the facilities. Air conditioning very effective, very much needed in the heat. It was challenging whilst travelling to complete and print forms prior to getting the code for the property and the endless rules about what not to do made it feel a little unwelcoming. Despite this we were well behaved guests and followed the very strict rules we were given.

This was a family get-away and we all left our homes tired of So Cal "June Gloom" and wanted some sunshine and heat. We got it here! The home was very nice and had three bedrooms with attached baths which was great for our family. The pool was refreshing and had a Baja shelf for the toddler. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at this house, exactly as described on the listing! A well stocked kitchen for cooks and easy to use hot tub were standouts. Communication and support from Karen was top notch—always fast and helpful responses. Def recommend staying for a peaceful, quiet weekend in a house full of ammenities. One drawback for Palm Springs in general is the strict "no music outdoors" (at any volume) ordinance, with warnings of strict enforcement and financial penalty.

We originally had another place to stay that cancelled on us right before our flight to the USA. Not only is this home so beautiful and has all the amenities you could think of but the host also saved our trip! They were so quick to respond and made our trip such a positive experience!!!!!! My wife and I just spent 4 weeks at this great home. The house is exactly as pictured, and the back yard is somehow even better than we anticipated! The morning views out of the back of the home - over the pool, beyond the palm trees, and up into the mountains (all with complete privacy), are something we'll never forget! The location is fantastic. It's a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, and an even shorter drive to groceries and anything you'll need. We would definitely choose this home again when traveling to the Palm Springs area.

Our group of 7 women (48 to 75 yo) thoroughly enjoyed our time at Havana House. The proximity to the airport and downtown was perfect. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen/supplies and outdoor spaces were just as pictured and perfectly suited to give everyone a great night's sleep, privacy and fun group time. Edan and Karen were extremely pleasant and easy to work with both before and during the trip. Check in /out was super easy. We had a small pool issue during our stay and it was handled immediately. The neighborhood / Palm Springs area is lovely and we will return, hopefully staying at Havana House again!
