Gorgeous condo with fabulous mountain and pool views in South Palm Springs

South Palm Springs large 1B/1B condo. Patio and Master Bedroom face West to take in the great view of the mountains, palm trees and sparkling pool and spa. Turnkey furnished with free WiFi and Smart 55 in TV. King size bed and sofa bed in the living room. Covered carport. There are three pools, one which is saltwater, and four spas in the complex heated for the winter. Five tennis courts and two pickleball courts, just steps from you door. The grounds are immaculately maintained and filled with fresh citrus ready to pick. The fitness center offers a dry sauna and gym. There is also a well equipped clubhouse to socialise. Golf and Hiking Trails nearby as well as you will be just minutes away from Downtown, groceries stores and all Palm Springs has to offer. Just bring your bathing suits and a toothbrush and enjoy the desert lifestyle! REMODELLED BATHROOM AND KITCHEN WITH NEW APPLIANCES!
Minimum stay 30 days - Rentals must start on the 1st day of the month during high season.
This is a very quiet community. We know and love all our neighbors and ask that people respect this peaceful place. Absolutely no parties, events, or loud music allowed at any time.

This is a very comfortable condo, and I hope to return in the future. It has everything needed, and the owner checked in to be sure all was well.My favorite part was enjoying coffee in the mornings on the balcony while taking in the mountain views and light breezes.

Lovely, comfortable condo in a great location just out of the centre of town. Very comfortable bed! Would be even better if there was a washer/dryer in the unit, rather than a communal laundry. Also needs cable tv as only streaming services available. Gustavo has been an amazing host. He responds to messages straight away and does his absolute best to help with any query. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and totally recommend this property!

Everything about staying here is exactly what we’re looking for when we visit PS! It starts with Gustavo! He is the best host in every way! Communication, concern and genuineness from him is wonderful!The condo itself is ideal! It has been renovated from top to bottom since our first stay and truly feels like our home away from home! We would not consider staying anywhere else! We continue to look forward to each stay and have never been disappointed! Love this gem of a rental!

#1 Place to Stay in Palm Springs!

Staying at Gustavo's apartment was delightful! The condo was impeccably clean, cozy, and perfectly sized. I especially loved the thoughtful touches, from the well stocked remodeled kitchen to the bedroom/bathroom with significant storage for your stay. Gustavo is a OUTSTANDING Host – Friendly, easy to talk to, and always available to answer questions. The location was ideal and close to public transportation if needed. There is bike storage available in a common locked area that you may use during your stay. It's one of the nicest places to stay and offers incredible value. The wonderful apartment is highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again!

South Palm Springs Review

We have been lucky enough to have stayed here on two occasions. It is the best! From the wonderful, safe, quiet location, the beautiful surroundings, to the lovely upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom, it is amazing. We loved every minute of our stay and found it hard to leave.

The perfect home away from home!

Another delightful stay in this lovely condo! Truly, as we have stayed there multiple times, it never disappoints! I can’t say enough about how easy Gustavo is to work with! Another Great Stay at Gustavo’s Condo

We have been coming here for years for a month and every year it gets better… beautifully renovated condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay, balcony over looking very well kept grounds, nice pool & hot tub, close to all amenities by car or walking. Great View Property

Great property, super view (rainbows included), new kitchen, great tile in bath/shower, very light condo, small deck overlooking pool/spa. Library, pickleball, beautiful flowery grounds, close to hiking, good biking and super neighborhood. Parking a bit of a walk. Had a glitch first week, Gustavo handled it in an expedient and efficient manner. Highly recommend!

Overlooking the Pool

We rented this apartment for the month of December. We appreciated the newly renovated kitchen with quality appliances. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and more. The king bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and with a beautiful Mountain View. Pool was heated to 82 F and the temperature of the hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed being a short drive from downtown Palm Springs and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. The host was great at communicating and even sent holiday greetings! We would definitely consider staying here again.

UNBEATABLE place, location and owner!

TRULY the best place we have stayed in when we are in Palm Springs! This gem of a condo is everything and more if you are looking for a place that is ideally located, COMPLETELY updated and darling and in a very quiet complex! This is our third time here and it just gets better and better! We arrived to find a totally updated kitchen, from cabinets and countertops to appliances as well as a brand new bathroom with beautiful vanity, tiled shower and delightfully cheerful colors. Every surface of the unit, including the deck had been painted and or tiled! We can hardly wait to return to this little slice of heaven again and again. In addition, Gustavo is the best! He is so warm and welcoming in his timely correspondence I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Finally, if I had to pick one update needed it would be a new toaster! Truthfully…that’s it! If you pass this place up…you’ll be missing out!

Very nice condo in a wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Gustov's condo in Palm Springs. The condo was comfortable and was located in a perfect location within the complex, with a nice view and a great sunny deck. The condo complex itself is in a perfect location in Palm Springs, close to everything in an upscale area.

Mountain Haven

Another wonderful stay at Gustavo’s South Palm Springs condo. The weather wasn’t the best, but the condo was definitely the best. Gustavo has made this home away from home, very comfortable and homey to be in. He is also a great communicator and so wonderful to deal with.We love the views from his condo, the pool and the lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The property and location were first rate. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt very safe in our walks. The property was only a five minute drive to groceries, hardware, hair salons and food outlets. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet vacation.

Hidden Gem

We’ve stayed in PS numerous times and BY FAR this is our favorite location and complex. Gustavo is an INCREDIBLE communicator and host…so accommodating and helpful! There are many hidden treasures of decor in this unit, the bed is wonderful and the placement of this particular unit is outstanding! Finally, the best review I could give is to rebook…we have! Twice!

Had a wonderful stay!

We had the best stay at Gustavos condo. It is a really nice and beautiful neighborhood, everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed the pool, the kids loved it! Clean and nice area. We almost had it to ourselves. If you have questions, Gustavo is fast to respond. Easy to check-in and out. We would love to come back again!
