This delightful home offers a pool with included spa heat for guests (the fee for pool heat can be seen below), a new water softener and purifier for the entire house, outdoor freshwater shower, ultra-private grounds, wonderful views of the San Jacinto Mountains, palm trees, and a unique desert landscape. This gorgeous retreat will provide you with an immaculate and welcoming interior decorated in the iconic mid-century style that is famous in the area. The great room is filled with striking colors and an artistic flair making it perfect for entertaining boasting a modern fireplace, several sitting areas, and views to the pool. Step outside and you will find a perfect oasis complete with lush greenery, an expansive pool and spa, a grilling area with bar seating, a firepit, and an outdoor dining area! If a more formal meal is on the agenda, a gourmet kitchen finished with quartz counters, abundant high gloss white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a conversation bar awaits inside. You and your guests are sure to create multiple memories through the many amenities that this property provides.

You and your guests will have no trouble experiencing the very best attractions in the city, as this home is located a short three-mile drive from the vibrant shops, restaurants, casinos, and art exhibits of downtown. When you work up an appetite from a full day of fun, don't hesitate to try some local cuisine at Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, or Rooster and the Pig (takeout only)! If you have a few outdoorsy members in the group, they will be delighted to know that trails abound at Tahquitz Canyon, and Joshua Tree National Park is close enough for a day trip!

THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This rental is located on floor 1.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house and outside space were fantastic. The location is on a quiet street, close to airport and all Palm Springs has to offer.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, awesome decor and layout. Easy location to get around and only 10 mins from airport. Property needs to be restocked with wine glasses,(only 2) pool towels, (only 3) and extra blankets as unable to change thermostat. The gate to get in and out of driveway is very inconvenient but not a deal breaker as the rest of the property was great.

Nice stay! Communication steams questionable.

The home and area are lovely! Easy to get to all things Palm Springs, which we love. We do an annual friends trip to PS ate least annually if not more often and have stayed I some really great properties. Our issues with this property: Text communication was very slow to manage complaints (SPA/Hot tub not working and cockroaches in two bathrooms). Not anywhere in the contract is it stated that in order to use the spa you had to pay extra for heating the pool. It said there was an extra charge to "Heat the Pool" but not to use the Spa. They need to clarify this for future renters. We were finally able to use the spa on our last 5th night of being on the property and several daily text communications that seemed to go nowhere and at times just not responded to. (One team member text back to say that it was his day off and did not any hand off to a colleague to manage our issues) The cockroach issue was handled by the property management coming in to the home while we were away and leaving a bottle of bug spray on the counter. There wasn't any communication that they were coming in or that they were leaving any product for us to manage the issue on our own. Again, I will say the home and area are ultra Palm Springs but the management company needs to refine their communication systems.

Great Stay!

This house was the perfect setup for a family of three and a family of four- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side of the house. It was a great location- close to the main strip, plenty of hiking, and shopping. The backyard was set up perfectly for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a drink. I would stay here again!

We will be back!

This is absolutely one of the best properties I’ve rented for a vacation, and we’ve rented I luxury properties all over the world. This one was for a post-pandemic girls birthday reunion, and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, and within walking distance to downtown. The property was gorgeous, and so sparkling clean. The pool and the backyard kitchen and eating area is where we spent so much of our time. The fun decor made us feel like bachelorettes in a throwback TV show. The only downside is that the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and pots and pans (but I’m also one of those weird people who likes to cook on vacation). In short, I’d highly recommend this rental, and if this is the level of detail and communication of all homes rented by Vacasa, I would rent any of their properties. We’re definitely coming back with the family next time!
