Step inside to a bright and inviting living room complete with a modern gas fireplace, a 65” smart TV with sound bar, and a curated selection of books and games for leisurely downtime. The open floor plan allows the living room to flow seamlessly into the high‑top dining area and galley kitchen, creating an easy, connected space for gathering and entertaining.

The dining area seats up to eight guests (with an additional leaf for even more space) and features large sliding doors that frame beautiful views of the backyard and the iconic mountain backdrop. With advance notice, the twin beds can be converted into a third king‑size bed to accommodate your group's needs.

All bedrooms include wood‑plank porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, dual‑paned windows and sliders, fast Wi‑Fi, and TVs with cable access.

The home also features a unique, air‑conditioned two‑car garage with custom flooring.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we'll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly.

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
