Swim to a mountain backdrop before working on your tan poolside, spending the day shopping or hitting the town for a night out; or stay in and sip a nightcap by the firepit. Built in 1960 by the Alexander Building Company, and designed by Architect William Krisel, The Modern Territory has been fully renovated with modern conveniences, while retaining it’s original casual charm.

We pay our amazing cleaners a living wage, and they receive 100% of our cleaning fee. Two car garage is included for your use. Permit #6139
