Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath oasis hideout. The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 6 people. All bedrooms are furnished with their own smart televisions.

Our backyard is great for entertaining with a gas fire pit, newly remodeled salt water pool/spa, patio, and bbq. Lots of open space to sun bathe. The pool also has a tanning shelf with an umbrella holder if you wish to be in the shade, but stay cool ; )

A fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal. Dining room table looks out through the french doors for a view of the pool!

Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance Please Be Aware:

AGE: You must be over 25 years old to book this property. ID of responsible party is required at check-in.

OCCUPANCY: Maximum number of overnight guests limited to 2 adults per bedroom + 2 additional children under the age of 12. A list of all overnight guests will be required.

PARKING: Only 1 car per bedroom is allowed at property, including street parking. License plate numbers for each vehicle will be required at check-in.

NOISE: Be mindful of your neighbors- limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level at anytime. Strict City penalties are imposed for any noise that can be heard from the property line. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

**Violation of the City ordinance can result in fines upwards of $500, and may result in immediate eviction from property without refund. Security cameras are around the perimeter of the property for the safety of our guests.

Great House!

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. The house was as advertised, great location to downtown and the backyard was awesome. We had a couple of issues with stuff around the house and Toni was responsive and helpful.

Purple Oasis stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Purple Oasis. The house was very clean and well outfitted with quality appliances. The backyard pool area is large and spacious and tastefully designed. Toni, our host, was very gracious and responsive to our questions and requests. We were very comfortable during our stay and would definitely recommend staying at the Purple Oasis!!!

We came for the pool and it was a hit

The property and house were very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were great and the house has some additional pool activities/furniture in the garage (not shown). Probably the best kept VRBO home I've stayed in. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. Short driving distance to downtown and groceries. Beware of noise restrictions in Palm Springs. Toni was very clear and checked in to ensure we knew to be quiet in the evenings and no music (after 10pm is the regulation, we chose 9pm to be safe). As this was a family vacation we did not have any issues. The only miss was the unannounced arrival of the pool cleaners early one morning. Not a big deal, but a heads up would have been appreciated.

Beautiful views, great location!

The Purple Oasis was everything we hoped for. The property was beautiful and so close to shopping and dining. Toni was always available to answer questions and a pleasure to work with as was John her property manager. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fireplace and outdoor fire pit and pool and spa were great! We will definitely go back again!

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for our party of 6 friends. It was spacious and clean. The patio and pool were just wonderful for lounging and enjoying the sun. The location was great--just a few minutes drive to great restaurants, shopping and hiking. The owner and property manager were very attentive and accommodating.

Lovely And Spacious

Gotta admit the Madonna/Prince artwork captured my attention at first but overall the place was amazing! Owners were very accommodating to our stay (arrival/departure times) and were attentive to our needs. The home is perfectly suitable for an adult get away with friends as we did for a festival weekend. However I will note that although the place is great it is quite a bit away from Coachella/StageCoach events. Nevertheless we will definitely be back with our family/children! I’m sure they’ll love the ample yard, the cozy fire pit, and cool pool and spa.

Stunning outdoor area!

Pictures of the outdoor spa and pool area are accurate! Beautiful! We spent most of our time relaxing poolside. Beds were comfy with nice linens. The kitchen was well equipped although we only used the fridge and microwave! Keurig k-cup machine was appreciated when morning coffee time rolled around! We were met with a very nice welcome (it was my mom’s 85th Birthday!). When I had trouble getting the spa to heat the owner came right over! Only downside of this property is the street and airport noise which we got used to (it did not deter good sleep!)
