A true showstopper, the enclosed yard boasts a private pool with a tanning shelf, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a sink, as well as multiple seating areas. Sip tropical drinks on the covered patio and dine al fresco underneath the pergola, then gather around the flickering firepit when the stars come out.

    Personality bursts around every corner inside this spacious designer home. Beautifully appointed, the open kitchen, dining, and living space was built for entertaining. A sleek center island anchors the well-equipped kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances and a convenient coffee bar. A lovely chandelier illuminates the dining table, and a comfy sectional is ideal for watching TV beside the gas fireplace. There's even more space for your crew to spread out - an amazing game room boasts a Ping-Pong table, a PacMan arcade game, foosball table, TV, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. The primary bedroom features a new, high-quality king mattress. Extra perks like TVs in each bedroom, the washer/dryer, and central air conditioning, add convenience during your stay.

We stayed here for four nights and were very impressed by the house. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The outdoor area is fantastic. It is in a great location, too. Easy drive to any of the spots in Palm Springs. We would stay here again!

This place was great! The pictures are accurate. It was clean, spacious, had sufficient towels and toilet paper, and it was easy to get in touch with the management team. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it worked for our basic needs. Thank you for a great stay!

I brought my volleyball team for a tournament and we all stay together. We had a great time in this rental. Very spacios, plenty of rooms and restrooms. We enjoyed the patio SO MUCH! Highly recomended.

Very Nice Family Home

I loved the open space in the kitchen and living room. Loved the game room. Liked how there were so many bathrooms. Loved the pool and the lighting outside. Would recommend this house to families who want to get away!

Host was helpful and was able to help us with pool heat and gas stove outside on the first day. The home was clean and ready. The pool and spa were also really enjoyed by us. Please note the home is on the flight path and there is significant noise from planes, until 12am and starting again around 6am. I’m a light sleeper and I wasn’t too bothered by the noise. If you like plane watching (which I do) you’ll love it. Just something to note.

Great experience!

Amazing place! Definitely worth the additional money for the heated pool/spa. Was only my wife and daughter (2 yr old), and having the whole house to ourselves was great, super clean, and property mgmt company was extremely responsive! Great location to PSP, downtown and surrounding area-would definitely book again.

Fun and convenient home!

What a great place to stay! We were close to everything, but there was also plenty to do on the property. Plus, the house is well built so that one person could be asleep in a room and not be disturbed by people playing games in the game room or watching tv. We will definitely be back!

I loved this place from the spaciousness too the decor it felt very homey. Funny to say that whoever owns this house has the same last name as my kids. I found that meant to be. The only one little thing I encountered was that the house was very dusty from the windows to the floor. They did accommodate cleaning the pool. Which I’m thankful for but overall enjoyed it all!

Beautiful home in an ideal location close to downtown! Perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy the desert! The attention to detail throughout the home added to the enjoyment of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with every tool I needed to cook meals for my family. Sitting with our family outdoor to share meals and enjoy the beautiful weather was priceless. We can't wait to come and visit the house again!

Lovely home in quiet location

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed this beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen and good size bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone happy. Outdoors was fabulous and very comfortable seating in 4 different areas. Pool was great, used in mornings before it got too hot! Would recommend this home. Small issue with one bathroom was dealt with quickly by Vacasa team.

Fun days in the house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the cold, windy, rainy week!. We appreciated the fireplace, game room and especially thankful for the heated pool and hot tub. The house is very comfortable and roomy and is in a great location close to downtown Palm Springs. We had grandparents, our son, daughter in law and 2 kids 12 & 8 The 8 yo loved the foosball and pac man ! We all would love to come back!

The Perfect Home away from home

Having this been our first trip to Palm Springs and staying at this amazing and beautiful house made our experience unforgettable! From the moment you see the house you know you are in for a pleasant stay, beautiful house with curve appeals and the inside is just amazing. All the rooms were very spacious and super clean, The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed the game room was so relaxing and fun but the best was the back yard and pool WoW just wow! Plenty of seating for everyone umbrellas to cover you from the sun rays 2 bbq grills and a beautiful pool and spa can’t wait to be back. 5 stars all the way!

Lovely Stay!

Perfect home for a relaxing weekend! This beautiful and welcoming house has everything you need. It is well equipped, and well stocked with towels and linens. It is airy with the perfect warmth, comfort, and coziness. So much fun amenities that the house has to offer including a beautiful pool, arcade game, fooseball, and ping pong. Great quality beds, plenty of TVs, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of things to do and enjoy here. I had a great time with my family and I would definitely recommend this place to friends who are looking for a Palm Springs stay. I look forward to returning soon. Great girls’ trip!

We overall had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, tissues, toiletries and linens for everyone (extras of everything). We had a minor ant issue in the kitchen and the master bed was warm (on its thermostat). Each room equipped with ceiling fans and smart tv’s. The location was great for morning walks/ runs near paths. Just a few minute drive from downtown PS, the tramway and not even a mile from the grocery. About an hour from Joshua Tree. We really hit it all while we were here (5 days).

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Restful

Our family of five (3 adult children) had such a relaxing time here. The location is close to grocery stores, golf courses, and downtown Palm Springs (my wife and I had several nice runs through the nearby neighborhoods and into town) - and the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen (we like to cook and were very pleased) were all well appointed and genuinely very comfortable. Be sure to let the property managers know that you would like the hot tub and pool at least three days in advance. We were a little late for that - but they made it work for us anyway - which was very kind (the overall service we received was excellent). We spent a lot of time in the pool! We highly recommend this property.
