The en-suite master bathroom has a granite double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom each have a comfy queen bed.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination as well as convenient access to the backyard pool deck.

A separate library/media room has a 4K 55in TV with full Dolby sound and a Swedish sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests.

Directly off the media room is the third full bathroom along with a closet and access to the patio.

The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sparkling white countertops, and cabinets stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare home-cooked meals. A built-in wine cooler keeps your whites chilled for dinner!

Once the meal is ready, take a seat at the modern snakewood dining room table with seating for eight.

Best of all, though, is the backyard. This neighborhood was developed by famous mid-century developer Meiselman and has a yard that is twice the size of most homes in the adjoining areas. Head to the patio and enjoy a breathtaking pool with waterfall, a four-person Jacuzzi tub, and fire pit.
