Pool: If you want the pool heated during winter months it will cost $100 to heat the pool per day. Please let host know prior to check in if you would like to have the pool heated for your entire stay. Heating the pool is not necessary for your stay. As a general note, the pool usually only needs to be heated during winter times December - March. The other months are generally warm enough to maintain a steady water temperature of 80-85 degrees fahrenheit. You can use the spa complementary for 30 minutes once a day without charge. If you want the spa heated for longer than 30 minutes then it is $10 per extra 30 minutes. If you opt to heat up the pool you do not need to pay for the spa heating fee.

If you opt to bring a dog there is $100 per pet fee. All dogs must be below 20 lbs.
