Had a fantastic stay here, location is excellent, a 10/15 minute walk to down town, with multiple restaurants and lots of other amenities including full service supermarkets etc a short drive away.Swimming pool is excellent and beautifully warm.Apartment was well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. Proper European style washer and dryer another big tick.Minor issues (but certainly not a deal breaker) the WiFi is a bit patchy and not the fastest, we had trouble streaming Netflix etc.Secondly the cushions in the private patio area were stained and could benefit from a clean/replacement.All in all a great place to stay.We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Door was unable to be locked upon leaving. The door that could be locked was a main entry to another unit. Needed to be actively locked. Even if I locked a routinely found unlocked when returning to unit which means room was never secure. Questions about this not answered. Also, the wet moldy smell from shower was an issue for me. This was mention in a prior review. But it seems not everyone notices as many reviews without mention. Unit inside was otherwise very clean and well kept.

The place was really cute and it was clean. We did not know we would be sharing a pool area with other tenants. It could’ve said that on the VRBO listing, but I did not see it. I thought we were getting a small house with a private backyard. With that said Rick was great and very accommodating.

I am only leaving 5 stars so you keep your rating and don’t want to make it personal. I visited for my birthday weekend with my girlfriend.The unit and property were nice. Chic. Only complaints are that the shower has a smell of slight sewage, and the internet drops out— along with the following:They are nice guys and we were also kind during our stay but here is my issue. They were only kind enough up to the point of us leaving. It was night and day. I messaged early in the morning asked if we can hang out for the last day, but not stay another night. They said no one is checking in, and to “stay as long as we’d like” with no time specified. We pretty much stayed all day and left at night. The problem is how they addressed us. They came to the unit, twice as we were done packing the car. Once asking if we were leaving suggesting we should pay if we are staying and again rushing us to leave mins later, trying to escort us out and watching us until we left. insinuating that we were trying to take advantage of them. That was pretty bogus of them. We didn’t mean any harm. Mind you, we spent time with them and had a good time hanging out, drinking etc so in the most sincere way, I thought they liked us and didn’t mind. However I do not suggest that they mix business with pleasure.I take accountability for my presumptions but it was not intended the way they implied whatsoever. That said alot. We won’t be back but others will enjoy

Amazing property. Once you enter through the gates you're swept away into a quiet, perfect getaway. Excellent, friendly host. Great communication to your every need. Modern appliances, well stocked kitchen. Steps from the main drag. Comfy beds. Would definitely return.

A unique cottage experience, owner was easily accessible, beautiful pool in a place decorated in Palm Springs art deco, in keeping with the area. Beautifully appointed cottage, wanted for nothing. Clean, spacious with lots of private outdoor seating. Awesome hot tub. Can’t wait to return next year!!!

Great stay

Overall, the unit was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Cute decor. Nice private back patio space. Hosts were communicative and kind. My only real complaint would be that the shower had a pretty foul sewage/moldy smell coming up from the drain. The smell would get exacerbated when you showered as well. I would suggest the owners take a look at the pipes and see what’s going on there.

Coachella Oasis

I had an absolute blast staying at this stunning property over Coachella weekend! The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept on. The room I booked was so peaceful and calm, which is exactly what I was looking for in a packed agenda trip to the desert. While I didn’t use the kitchen facilities, they appeared to be a great addition onto the listing. The kitchen table was perfect size for my group of friends to enjoy a takeout lunch before heading to the fest. I would book this listing immediately again, and I hope to do just that. Very centrally located to downtown Palm Springs and also the airport. The shuttle stop for Coachella this year was near as well, just a short drive away. Just a note, the only bathroom in this listing is in the bedroom, so if you are staying with a friend or having friends visit, it is slightly close quarters with little privacy. Other than this, the security and thoughtfulness of the host is unmatched. 10/10 experience!!!!!

Pictures and description made it look great and it ended up being even better in person. Property and amenities were fantastic and Rick was quick to communicate and fix any issues that showed up. Quiet, great location and would love to stay again in the future.

Quiet Palm Springs lodging

Stayed in Unit C which is spacious and offers private outside space in addition to community pool area. Safe off-street parking is available. Very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional Palm Springs Property

Had a wonderful time in this well-appointed poolside unit with private hot tub, fireplace, and easy walk to downtown attractions. Spotlessly clean, nice MCM decor, owners are very friendly and quick to respond. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Short getaway from the cold.

Unique and private property near everything. The swimming pool was pitch perfect! The security system was a bit challenging for us old folks. However highly recommend this property. One thing to remember though if you have friends in town take them out. They have a strict no visitor policy.
