Beautiful home for your next Palm Springs Vacation rental

Modern design house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is in excellent shape with new furniture and beds in all the rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The backyard has a heated pool and Jacuzzi with a multi color light display in the water. The best part of this house is the barbecue grill which has been recently built with a full sink, gas grill, refrigerator, and trash bin all in the convenience of the backyard. Great home to have an amazing BBQ with your family and friends and enjoy the water in the desert heat. The patio area which contains the fully equipped grill also has a built in fire pit with seating for cold nights.

We booked this home to celebrate a bachelorette for my friend. The home is super spacious and clean. The home is equipped with more than enough utensils, dishware, and cookware. The whole area lost power on our second night due to the rain and flood in Palm Springs. We lost power from 2:30pm until 6:30pm. We had to use our phone flashlights to cook our dinner in the dark, and we ate outside in the patio with our flashlights. The host was super responsive to this matter and he sent flashlights and candles with Instacart. Although the power came back on when it was delivered, we were very appreciative that he made the quick and kind gesture to take care of us. The home is beautiful and the Jacuzzi is amazing in this weather! We really enjoyed our stay and the power outage is going to be a huge memory for us for this trip. Thank you for being an amazing host!

The house is gorgeous. Checking in was confusing - the welcome email never came and I had to reach out to the manager to get in. Good part: they were VERY responsive, so that made it better. We had 12 women in the house and one of the showers wasn’t functional -plus there weren’t enough towels. BUT - once I escalated the problems, the owner had someone out for both problems same-day. Bummer that we had all showered and gone out before it was all fixed. Overall, the house was great and the owners were SUPER responsive. Wishing they took account of the number of people, towels, and that we didn't require maintenance in the middle of our weekend.

Great Palm Springs Getaway

From booking to check out, Karo had the best communication of any host I’ve ever had. He quickly responded to help us through the check in process and the only minor issue we had. The property was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Perfect for our bachelorette getaway!

So much to do!

The entire outside of the property was abundant fun! Beautiful pool, hot tub, lights in the evening, ping pong, firepit and enormous cooking kitchen. We used all of it IMMEDIATELY! Plenty of space so that no one got in anyone's way. Nearby to grocery store and went on a great hike only minutes away.

Palm spring stay

This property is very nice and clean. The only problem was the beds underneath the double beds had no room to open up in the small bedroom and you can't use the futon in the room with the king bed, its not comfortable to sleep on but the rest of it was great.

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything we needed and more for ourselves, four grown children, and three grandchildren plus we brought our dog. The home was very warm and inviting! Beds and furniture were comfortable and we felt at home instantly! The kitchen had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving week! Our grandchildren played in the front yard everyday and the salt water pool and spa were perfect! We highly recommend this home for your Palm Springs vacation!

Wonderful home and host

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean and spacious. Great backyard environment. Open spaces for large group to interact and enjoy each other’s company. Home was located close to stores and a quick Uber ride to restaurants and bars. Host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice vacation spot.

Great stay, great location!

Place is actually bigger than the pictures would seem! Perfect for a group setting and really close to the downtown area (Uber is just like 5 mins away from the night life). Karo is a fabulous host with great communication. Check-in is a breeze, check-out even easier. Would totally recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Palm Springs.

Nice place close to downtown Palm Springs

Karo is an excellent host! Very responsive and polite. The house was very clean, except some of the bedsheets were stained. We ran out of trash bags too. Two of the rooms did not have working power outlets, which was inconvenient. However, the backyard is amazing! We ate by the outdoor kitchen for several meals. It was too windy at night to use the ping pong table. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the floaties provided in the garage. The adults really enjoyed the air conditioning. Everyone tease use of the pool table (the tips of the sticks need to be replaced). Thank you for a fun weekend!

Lovely stay for baby shower

Had a great weekend celebrating at this wonderful house. The Pool area is lovely, well shaded after 4:30. I took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen. I will note that several of the ‘high occupancy’ rooms are Very crowded with the trundles pulled out, walk to wall people. Technically you can fit a bunch of people, but ~14 is the maximum if you’d like your adult guests to be comfortable

A nice stay

We had a great time, and the house was clean and well-furnished. Check-out instructions were simple and easy to follow. One surprise we ran into was that in the two bedrooms with four beds, the two twin beds are roll-out trundle beds, with mattresses that are much more flimsy/uncomfortable than the larger beds.

Large home perfect for big group

This house was perfect for our large group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and it did not feel crowded. Backyard is a dream. We went in January so didn't get to enjoy the pool but definitely got plenty of use out of the hot tub! Karo was very responsive when something came up. I'd stay again.

Probably the cleanest house rental I've stayed at. The backyard is nice, has a lime tree, and gets shade in the afternoon, which is a luxury in Palm Springs. Well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking equipment.
